I was referred to Monarch Dental **************** ** for a periodontal consultation Nov 2024. Monarch charged me *****. I paid my bill right then and there. Monarch billed my dental insurance, my dental insurance paid their portion which lead to an over payment. I have requested a refund since Dec 2024. We are now in March 2025 with Monarch stating they processed payment March 5, 2025. But they cant tell me where my refund went to as it hadnt been returned to my credit card. Id like to get my refund. Monarch can you contact me?

Run, run , run from the Monarch Dental in *************************. I wont name names but let's just call this dentist Doctor R. I went in for a crown on a tooth that my partial grabs onto. They did a mold of my tooth PRIOR to shaving down my tooth so that they had a correct size of my tooth so the crown could be made correctly. When the crown was being put on, they said it was not the right size. They proceeded to tell me that my bridge would no longer fit on it, so they broke the prongs off my partial and told me "Well, you said you wanted to do implants anyway." I can't afford implants for many years but they made that call and purposely broke the partial. Now I have no teeth in the front of my mouth, and I have a broken partial. They won't admit it was their fault. They never offered to remake the crown, but said "you can use Fixodent to keep it in". Fixodent doesn't work. I have no teeth. And they won't return calls to me to reimburse me for the $2000 partial. On top of that, they screwed up my insurance. putting all my info on another patients chart, and I have not been reimbursed for the $1600 I paid out of pocket and I had all this work done in February of this year. I have no choice now but to file small claims against them for all this. So, I have no teeth in my mouth and no money in my bank and I have been struggling to pay bills because they won't reimburse me. They state they are waiting for my insurance to pay them first, but my insurance already sent me the benefit info advising me of what my portion was to pay and it was far less than the $1600 they charged me. I have no words. They are trying to tell me I have to do the treatment with them for a new partial and they want me to buy a new one but I will never go back to them since they broke it and now are ignoring me on paying me and giving me the money to go to a reputable dentist for a new partial. In reality this dentist should be paying me for two new implants.

FROM $270 to $1,900. I went in without pain and they said my tooth needed a crown and possible root canal. I went in and they got the X-ray and the dentist assured me and front desk that the dentist was able to perform the root canal if needed. The reason I went with the procedure was because they ASSURED me the general dentist was able to do it since I have an insurance that doesn’t cover the procedure if is not done by general dentist. They put a crown and I am in pain and can’t bite and sensitive. I go in and they adjust the crown and I AGAIN ask the dentist “hey I think I need that root canal” and she said just wait 2 more weeks, etc etc. I called again like she said after 2 week of constant pain and can’t bite on my right side and guess what? Dentist is saying that after looking at the X-RAY “FROM ANOTHER ANGLE” she can’t do the procedure and that I needed to go to a specialist and they charge $1,900 to do the root canal. How were you not able to tell me this before me getting a crown done? All they have to say to me is “I am sorry” now I am forced to find a specialist to do a root canal and pay $1,900 because I am in PAIN when before I was in NO PAIN and if it wasn’t for the dentist telling me they can do it I wasn’t going to do the procedure since I was not in pain and don’t have that much money to do this.
