      If I could give their floating shelves a -5 star I would. Spent 5 hours trying to get them up, including a run to hardware store to replace inadequate screws and anchors. Then the top one just fell down. They are the cheapest worst quality things Ive ever seen. There wasnt a way to write a review on the product so Im writing it here. Horrible product!

      Terrible service!I wanted to buy items online. I kept getting misleading shipping options and when I live chat a cs; they saw no problem with items on the page stating they offer shipping only to go to check out and it's pick up only. I was told to make a profile and the site was still jank with shipping opinions. This business has no business offering online shopping if their checkout and product page don't even match up.I wish I had read these prior reviews. I have a disability and cannot drive to pick-up locations; they did not care.

      It was terrible. Does not stand by what was told to the customer. I called and they told me to come look up my order with my phone number they wouldnt return items. They said we dont even know if you got it here which, of course I did. Will never shop there again.

      Horrible set up. I ordered a set of dishes that got delivered broken No way to contact customer service except email Been 5 days and no response I got the customer service number from a store (nine seven two- two six five- six two two seven) Recording says if you need customer care, email **.Seriously? Now I have to drive 1 1/2 hours to a store to exchange I will never buy anything from the store again!!! Not worth the hassle and frustration.

      I ordered a box spring and paid over $50 in same-day delivery fees. AtHome contracts their delivery out, and the delivery was not same-day. The third party source ended up cancelling the order. For personal reasons, it was necessary for me to receive this delivery today. I was in a triangle of communication throughout the day, where no solution was given. I feel that a hefty delivery fee such as this warrants an accurate and deliberate course of action for the customer. When the proposed advertising isn't met, I expect to be treated fairly and refunded. This process has been frustrating, and I will never be using this service or store again.

      I like the merchandise they have, but every item in that store with a green sticker is marked up! They dont even bother to take off the original sticker, they just put a green sticker on top of it. I bought a marble lazy *****. The green sticker was marked $44.99. I peeled it off and underneath was the original sticker with the bar code which was marked $39.99. This is cheating! They are recently advertising they have marked down thousands of prices. Thats a lie. They have marked up thousands of prices. When I checked out, my item scanned $44.99. I told the cashier the original sticker is $39.99. Without hesitation she overused the price. They know they have to honor the original sticker price. This is really bad business practice.

      Bought a 25% off item.. price ticketed ***** upon opening the product there was another manufacturer AtHome label with a price of $19.99 this has happened multiple times.. how do you establish credibility ofsavings when it appears that there is an obvious ulterior motive behind the savings that is advertised . Disappointed in my discoveries..

      Buyer beware, don't loose your receipt...I ordered online a grey,king ********* and 2 pillow shams.I waited to open until I had painted my bedroom.The king ********* measures 86x84(should have been 120").The shams were for a small pillow (my king would never even fit through the whole.Their customer service is ridiculous,you can't even talk to a human.You have to communicate through email.Why should I have to be stuck with At Homes error in their packaging.The girls'in ******* ** are just as useless,they can't even help you find something when you are in the store???

      I’m very upset. I’ve been trying to reschedule this delivery since this morning and they dropped it off at home. I was told I would be called to schedule delivery never happened. I called delivery service told me I had to call the store. Called the store no answer. Now I have a couch that is sitting on my stoop for the next 3 days in the way of my neighbors, while he is moving out. Will never go through at home again. Horrible customer service. Told the delivery drivers through my blink doorbell that i can’t accept and they left it there. Horrible horrible service. Do not go there.
