    I purchased a few items from them in the past and had no issues with those transactions. However, it's completely a different and very disappointing experience when it comes to service and repair. . My last experience with the repair work they did for me was the final nail in the coffin and will certainly be the last time I do business with them. .I took a push line trimmer in for a Carb job, which they repaired for $215.50. However, they unfortunately broke the electric motor/starter in the process and wanted to charge me an additional $238.75 to fix it. The electric starter was working 100% when they took possession of it and it was non-functional when they returned it to me. They refused to own up and fix it, and they wanted me to pay for what they broke. .I would not recommend dealing with them when it comes to service and repair.

    We apologize for your bad experience with Plano Power Equipment. The unit was brought in for a no start issue, it has a pull start on the unit along with an electric start. When servicing the unit our technicians will use the pull start to test the unit unless otherwise stated on the ticket that the electric start needs to be checked. A general service was done on the unit along with a carburetor overhaul and tested. Unit ran well when it left our business.
