    In response to Mr. ****** ******* concerns on BBB (#********), I would like to clarify the following points with utmost sincerity and transparency:

    1. Herbal Formula and Virus Infection:

    I undoubtedly never made the statement that our herbal formula would guarantee the total elimination of Mr. ****** ******* HEPES virus. My emphasis has always been on its potential to reinforce his immune system, providing a supporting mechanism in his battle against the infection. From Mr. ****** ******* complain, he indicated that his health condition dramatically getting worse after he stopped the herbal formula, this is clearly explaining that our herbal formula at least maintained his health well being. I think he still needs herbal formula constantly to maintain his general well being, not only for clean up the virus.


    It is a well-known fact in the medical field that as of now, there exists no absolute cure to completely eradicate HEPES virus infection. Thus, demanding a refund of all his herbal expenses is not only unjust but also goes against the nature of medical and therapeutic processes. Consider the analogy of conventional medical treatments in hospitals; they do not offer refunds when the outcome doesn't meet the patient's expectations. Similarly, the costs incurred in sourcing original herbs and formulating labors for individualized blends for Mr. ****** ****** are substantial and non-reversible. Therefore, the cost for Mr. ****** ******* **** formula cannot be refund at all.

    2. Missing Post Delivery:

    I always using **** priority mail to ship my clients herbal formula, which include $100 insurance coverage in case the shipping package is lost or misshaped to wrong address. During the last 9 years of my professional practice, very few of my patients experienced package lost, but those clients did obtained the $100.00 refund from **** by providing their shipment tracking numbers. Mr. ****** ****** can definitely to request the refund of his lost shipping package from **** same way. This conflict issue is between **** and Mr. ****** ******.

    After I was noticed one of Mr. ******* shipping was missing, I was not only resent the herbs promptly but also covered the delivery fee for Mr. ******* ensuring he received the product without any additional financial burden.

    3. Virtual Consultations and long distance visiting:

    Despite the considerable distance of Mr. ****** from our office, which is not exceeded our standard requirements; I still offered multiple virtual consultations for him. This was done to ensure his needs were met and he received the necessary guidance and support.


    Meanwhile, numerous clients come to do office visit with me from across the ************* and ******* such as: ******** ********* ******** ********* ******** ******** and *********. They are all paying their own travel expense to *** every three months. They are always expressing their appreciation, and satisfaction with our highly professional services. These distant clients also attest to the quality and effectiveness of our approach.

    4. Health Maintenance and Panic attack:

    The symptoms described by Mr. ****** ****** in his complaint, especially those resembling panic attack after discontinuing the herbal formula, are concerning.


    It is important to note that at the very least, our formula likely played a role in maintaining his overall well-being.


    Moreover, his brother's acknowledgement of his recent mental health issues further complicates his physical health situation.

    5. Efforts to Resolve Complaints:

    As soon as I received Mr. ****** ******* initial BBB complaint, I took immediate action by attempting to contact his father, ******** ******. Since Derrons father is out of town, I called his brother, Mr. ******* ******* on June 14, 2024 to proactively address the issue, and expressed my concern to Derrons mental health problems.


    It's important to mention that Mr. ****** ****** had never disclosed his financial difficulties to me. Even so, our service charges ($85.00/section, herbal formula around $80.00/three weeks) remain significantly lower than those of other nutritionists in *** area ($130.00 per nutritional consultant) and Chinese medicine consultants (at least $400.00 per month herbal formula) in the local area. If Mr. ****** ****** does not satisfy our service and fee schedules, there are many other nature health professionals he could make his choice.


    During the challenging times of the Pandemic, our client flow witnessed a dramatic decrease. However, we persevered and relied on government support to keep our business operational and continue serving our valued clients.

    I sincerely apologize for the distress Mr. ****** ****** has experienced. I am fully committed to finding a mutually satisfactory solution. I am willing to offer a discount on my consultant fee, either 10% or 20%, based on his preference, in an effort to compensate for a portion of his perceived losses.

    I truly hope that these clarifications address Mr. ****** ******** concerns and restore his faith in our services.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    First, did you really think that I was just going to just sit back and let you get away from what you put me through these past two years? You may have taken advantage of my naivety, but I will not let you take advantage of anyone else. As expected,I knew you were going to deny the fact that you have made statements that your herbal formula, JeZie-1 is a cure and is supposed to eliminate the herpes virus. I have you on audio recording making such false claims. Also, I have a text message from you claiming that the herbs you were giving me were chasing the herpes virus out. I find it terrible that you as a doctor are trying to twist things around by saying that your herbal formula was maintaining my physical health and saying that ever since I stopped taking the herbal formula, my physical health started to drop dramatically? I want to make this very clear to you. Before I even started taking your herbal formula, I did not have any symptoms such as shaking spells, fainting spells, severe heart palpitations, dizziness, and unsteadiness. I only started to feel this way after I stopped taking the herbs you were giving me. The truth is that I was having severe withdrawals from consuming those useless herbs for the past two years.


    Second, I see that you are still not owning up to the mistake that you made concerning my missing package. Do not even try to blame **** for your terrible mess up. **** had nothing to do with this incident. This incident was your fault! The truth of the matter is that you wrote the wrong address on my package, which I have proof of as well. In the end, my package ended up being stolen because of you!For about a week you had me panicking wondering where my missing package could be. You caused me a lot of emotional distress trying to locate my package! Now,I can understand that mistakes happen. But the fact of the matter is that you failed to own up to your mistake and had the audacity to charge me $105.00 for a new package? According to ****, they specifically told me that there was no way I could claim the insurance of my missing package because I was not the one to ship it. Even if the insured package was claimed, the money would not go to me,but it would go to you as the shipper. So, because of you, I lost $199.00 on my missing package. Then, you charged me $105.00 for a replacement. In the end, I ended up spending $304.00.


    Third, do not even try to compare the experience that I had with you with your other patients.I see you are still trying to make it seem like you did nothing wrong.
    Fourth, I found it ironic that you attempted to contact my father and brother to discuss my personal medical conditions! How dare you! This dispute that me and you are having has nothing to do with them. You as a doctor should know that discussing a patients medical case with others is wrong. You violated my confidentiality!That was very unprofessional on your part. You can try to make them think that you are the victim and Im just making everything up in my head all you want but,in the end, I have proof of everything to back up what I am saying. Like I said before, I trusted you. You really had me fooled by believing everything you were telling me. You really had me believing that I was going to be cured. You lied to me! I will be contacting the ******************* as well.
