      This company is a joke. I hired them to get rid of roaches inside my home. Instead they came to only spray the outside of my home. Bugs have a right to live OUTSIDE my home. Then When I finally canceled the service, they continued to charge my account! This company is not a company I would recommend to anybody! I'm calling the ***************** office!

      Claimed they would treat my house and yard. I asked the technician about the inside of my house and he didnt have any that my animals and children were able to be around except a product that required us to leave the house for a period of time. Salesman was a fast talker and said we would have better service than my guy and cheaper for all the services they provided.

      A solicitor came by on Monday around dinner time, I politely told him I didnt have time to discuss and he would not take no for an answer. Same solicitor came by the next day, ringing doorbell and knocking twice again during dinner time. I ignored it. Same guy came back later that night at 8:45pm banging on tel he door and ringing the doorbell!! This is outrageous and aggressive- totally unacceptable. My husband handled it but this pushy behavior should not be tolerated. I think the solicitors name was *******. Our entire neighborhood is gated and states the soliciting is not allowed.

      Tech came out for service.After tech left I went outside to go to work and walked right into a spider web on porch where had supposedly serviced. My wife phone me later she had step into an ant bed. I found six spider webs and three ant beds in yard. I was not satisfied with services. Contacted company and said I no longer need there services. They still sent the invoice instilling I still pay. Know way.

      ***** is a terrible company to do business with. Sales person was aggressive and using fear tactics to say you would spend thousands in Treatment because there was an infestation in the area. The true cost was not disclosed or that it was a long term contract with interest and no copy of the contract provided. I cancelled within ******************************************************************************************************************* addition, although they removed the termite bait boxes from my yard, they left all the holes so it looks like a mole destroyed my yard. Run, dont walk, away from this company.

      I tried to cancel my last service. They came anyways. Charged me $175 for that. Ok that's fine. But we moved and no longer live in the areas that they service. They wanted to charge me $250 cancellation fee. I asked for the contract to be resent. Before I had a chance to review it. They charged my card the $250. I understand making me uphold the contract if I live in their service area but I live outside of it now and they can't uphold their end of the contract either. Terrible business practice. They wanted me to transfer the contract to someone else. Why would I do that when customer service has been terrible.

      I had a saleman come to my door to spoke to me about Romex providing pest control service. When I agreed he gave me the place to sign on his tablet. In fine print, which he did not show me, was the wording about a $250 cancelation fee for early cancelation. I am not happy with their service. I have been treated twice and I still have spiders. My house is only 6 months old. I feel they are practicing a deceptive sales practice.

      Romex pest control from my experience has always been amazing. Every technician They send has a good attitude and you can tell they actually care. Service price is fair for what all they are doing and I have no complaints.

      The worst service of all. I had the service since 2018 and the first two years it was very good and effective, then it seemed that they only applied water because I had many problems with ants and spiders inside and outside the house, I called and reported it, they came and continued with the problem at the level I went to Lowes to buy a repellent for ants and spiders and it was much more effective than what they were applying. On several occasions I contacted the company because they sent me the bill as if they had gone to the house to do the service and when I checked the cameras around the house they had never gone and it happened to me on several occasions. I disliked the service because it was not effective and the customer service was terrible and hostile, then they told me that if I canceled it I would have to pay a $250 dollar fine for canceling it before the contract date. Despite their promises of free additional services if you're unhappy and the option to cancel anytime, it's all misleading. People BE AWARE of these hidden terms and don't fall for this company's deceitful practices. It's not just a waste of money; it's a complete and utter SCAM, especially the Termite installation!

      AVOID at all costs! Their service is a complete waste, they only sprayed. When I called to complain, their customer service was shockingly rude and dismissive. Additionally, they deceitfully lock you into an 18-month contract and dont mention the outrageous cancellation fee until it's too late. Theyre not just ineffective, theyre misleading and dishonest. Stay away!
