5 starsI got my pool finished in May 2023. I am very happy with ******************* on how he managed, coordinated and answered all our questions patiently. Its been couple of months and so far no issues, quality looks good and we are enjoying it every week. We contracted Venture Custom Pools to installed our pool and we had a few issues. I mandated early in the construction that the sales person was not to step foot on my property, but this is a whole different story. The construction was a fairly smooth process. The pool construction contract called for a pool, pavers for a deck, and re-route my sprinkler system. Fast forward to the spring after the warranty ends. I am testing my sprinkler system and I have a zone that will not shut off, obviously a broken valve. I can not find the valve. I had to call a professional and it took them three visits to find the valves. One the third visit it took the owner, the most experienced person, to find them. The pool equipment was installed on top of three sprinkler system valves. Once it was all dug up the pool plumbing and sprinkler plumbing were within 2 inches of each other and there is no way the pool installers did not know it was there. It cost me almost $2000 to have the sprinklers re-routed away from the pool equipment, and they had to remove a stone walkway. I contacted Venture multiple times via phone and email. The person I needed to talk to has refused to return my numerous attempts to contact him.A year after my pool was installed I found out that our construction superintendent was fired for playing golf every day. Obviously if he was on site more he would have seen the sprinkler issue, and this could have been averted at the construction. Knowing he was our superintendent should warrant additional consideration, but Venture refuses to discuss this issue.

We were happy to build your pool almost 7 years ago now! ********* systems are a tough item to diagnose because there is no one way to install them and they will have to be re-done and re-designed after installing a new swimming pool. We here at Venture Custom Pools have always stood by all of our warranties on anything that we install. This is one of the many reasons why we are awarded, yearly, the Pool and ******** Top ************************************* the entire country. We deliver an amazing product because we have amazing people that work here. Your implication of a previous employee is inaccurate and it does not support the reality of the top notch, hard working employees we do have here at Venture Custom Pools. Our current employees rely on review ratings as part of their evaluation and a 1 star review does not seem fair by any standards of our business. Those should be reserved for companies who steal and dont finish customers pools etc. Furthermore, it appears you have asked your friend to leave a fake review above this one. He is not a customer of ours at all. For the sake of our current employees, we would ask you to please update you review to an honest level or remove it entirely. 5 starsWe contracted for ************** with Venture Pools in early June 2022 and worked with **** for a design for our small backyard. **** designed the ******************** for our space with an amazing fountain and a nice in-pool table and seating with space for an umbrella. He really got to know ** and delivered an amazing design that truly fits **. Digging started the first week of August 2022 and our project was finished around the end of September 2022. We were super impressed with the speed and quality of work. ***** was our project manager throughout the build and always made sure everything was done to our satisfaction before moving to the next phase of the ****************, ***** and crew took our ugly yard and made it a beautiful and peaceful place.Review fromP. We are very pleased with updates given and their office has been very responsive with any concerns we have. Pool aesthetic came out just as we designed. From the initial design consultation with Douglas, to scheduling and execution with Amanda and Angelica, to the expert construction oversight with Geoff and Josh, everything was flawless!
