Worst business. I booked this experience for kids and was hassled to buy insane expensive pictures. I want a refund and spoke to client relations that they are unwilling to refund anything. 1 starDO NOT BOOK!!!!! All this company cares about is taking your money!!!! They charge $25 fee to do the shoot but never mention how expensive the actual photos are!! Who can afford thousands of dollars for photos???? & the one free photo I got there is a horrendous edit on my daughters mouth and teeth!!! Completely ruined the photo and they told me theres nothing they can do, not even a discount to get a different photo. Complete waste of time!! This company is a down right SCAM. **************** isn't helpful, there is no number to contact directly. I have told these people that I am unable to move forward with these $2000 digital prints. I have reached out multiple times to cancel my order due to hardships. They told me I could use affirm but the payments are asinine at almost $400 a month. That's a car note or somebody's car insurance. After talking with a few people that I know went through the process, their payments differ. They are not consistent at all. They pressure you into selecting a package, and tell you that you cannot cancel. You actually have to book a zoom just to even talk to someone to attempt to cancel. After all the emails, someone even tried to email me and say that I've already paid in full and my order cannot be changed or cancel which is a lie! The order hasn't even processed yet and you mean to tell me I'm unable to cancel it? You don't know what somebody is going through in their personal lives and to tell me I cannot cancel when my order hasn't even been processed yet is absolute BS. The customer service is absolutely horrible. My experience at the actual photoshoot was fine because they had absolutely nothing to do with this scamming a** company, they clearly just take the photos and send them to these clowns. This company is a JOKE and a scam! Whatever you do, DON'T BOOK ENCHANTED FAIRIES ANYWHERE. This is by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had and I should not be stressing over an order going through that I want to cancel that hasn't even processed yet, especially going through a hardship. I hate that I even took my daughter to do this photoshoot. Never again, and I WILL NOT recommend this company to anybody. I initially booked this based on an instagram. the Business practices after the initial session are slimy at best. They cancelled multiple calls on me immediately before the scheduled time without warning.Within 24 hours of working with a extremely high pressure sales person. We ran into an emergent issue. I have been working to get a resolution from the company and feel like I have been given the run around on who to contact and who can answer my call. I was told concerns would not be addressed for nearly a week and they would not be able to place note to pause or address the concern. i am still continuing to seek resolution although it seems they cut and run.I would warn anyone not to contact or do business with this company as they are scammy.Enchanted Fairies Studio LLC

1 starIf you're reading this, take your money and run. This is the biggest scam I have yet to experience in my 31 years of life. We initially learned about this through instagram, where they advertised a high quality experience. What we got could not be more opposite. Upon walking into the "studio" I was immediately taken aback by how dark, dirty and uncomfortable it was. Just as we were contemplating leaving a man came in and took us to another studio which was a little better. The photographer himself came across a little creepy to me and had my fiance not been there I again, would have left. After the shoot we did our zoom call for pictures and WOW what a rip off. Everything they offered came with at least a thousand dollar price tag. As someone who gets family photos done annually by local, established photographers I can honestly say their offerings are theft to the average consumer. I will never be back or recommend and truly hope this place gets shut down.Review fromJackie G

1 starI have a scheduled appointment on 1/4/2024 and after thoroughly seeing reviews and pricing AFTER booking the session I will honestly say I will not be giving these people a cent. They draw you in and pricing is ASTRONOMICAL. I can literally purchase an enchanted forest backdrop, dresses and photoshop for way less. 500$ per photo??!! Straight robbery. *********************************************************************** these viral videos going around before ppl book. Photographer (****) was amazing. Very sweet and helpful with my 4 yr old. Dresses were well worn and did not fit well. The fairy wings were falling apart. Set was cute. Everything after the pictures are taken is a giant SCAM. The prices for the packages are nothing short of outrageous and the company is not upfront at all about their pricing. It wasn't until after the shoot that I received an email with a video giving some example prices that were shocking enough. I had about 20 unedited images shown to me in a Zoom meeting and then was asked to pay anywhere from $500 for ***************** to $150K for the elite package. For comparison purposes, you can RENT *********** for 4 hours for $180K. These are JUST pictures. Also, 4-6 weeks for 1 image to be mailed? Do you all have 1 person supporting you for the entire country? I was disappointed and let down by everything after our shoot. I encourage you to check out this company on the BBB website as well. This company broke my daughters heart. Never in my life have I wished so badly that I could give zero stars. This company is disgraceful and all of the horrible experiences you read are true. Personally, Im a single mom living paycheck to paycheck. I got hit with a ******** ad that let me provide a photoshoot experience for my daughter whos been going through a hard time for a $25 donation to a charity. I KNEW there was some catch, but I never could have imagined how disgraceful the pricing would be. Its Its well concealed so I didnt find the pricing until after the photoshoot (which was substandard, honestly generic poses with no personality and quite rushed). They send you a 45 minute video full of actual nonsense to watch that you cant skip through to get to the pricing. If money is truly not an issue for you, you can get mediocre photos on an (albeit) spectacular set but for $500 PER DOWNLOAD (yes, you read that right) or pay astronomical prices in the thousands for their 150 year rated heirloom prints. Sorry, for $500 I can get a creative, unique, customized experience with a local photographer and access to **** digital downloads that I can share on social media, distribute to friends and family, save forever and print from ******* as many times as I like.****** is crushed that we wont have copies of her withs Stardust the unicorn to show to family and friends.Enchanted Fairies Studio LLC
