  There is so little to no communication with their applicants. I was told I would hear back by a certain date. I didn't. I emailed, no response. (Emailed 3 different people) I called, no response. I was finally given an answer as to no, we filled it a while ago. Oh, and i was given the wrong information on interviews twice in a row. Set up to fail. Heartbroken.

  The experience is wonderful but they are not upfront about all pricing options during their scheduled Zoom call with clients. I unfortunately didnt look at their website before the Zoom call where it clearly indicates that you get 1 photo and an additional for $200. Thats actually reasonable.Unfortunately, the representative presented 3 options which included a storybook, a photo, frame, & other irrelevant stuff that started at $3500. Then when I asked for 1 photo, he indicated that it would be $500. They tell you that you have to take the offer that day during the zoom call or options to get photos are off the table. So of course, if anyone wants pictures of their little one.they may pay.After the call, I immediately looked at reviews as well as the website. Thats where I discovered that the representative misinformed me,I had no issue paying but just dont lie in order to make a buck, especially since the business donates to childrens charities.Not even an hour after the zoom call, I tried to report the misinformation to make adjustments in my purchase because its technically illegal to give false information on a recorded zoom call. I unfortunately was not allowed to speak with anyone then, but was provided a zoom calendar invite for 3 weeks afterwards. So theyve stopped my project all because they arent available to correct things immediately thus prolonging the customer experience.If a sketchy business that gives to charities needs a face.Enchanted Fairies is a top candidate.Also, what they offer, you really dont know the quality of the products because they dont provide tangible samples. One doesnt know the quality of the storybook if they dont have one to glance at during the photo shoot. Red flag.

  To say Im disappointed would be an understatement. This company is a complete scam and I will do anything to prevent someone else from falling victim to their practices. They entice you with a very low photo shoot experience. The actual shoot experience is ok. My daughter felt like a princess ***** which was precious. But it goes completely downhill from there. They keep the prices a secret until you get on a zoom call with them. Youre then on an hour call where they show you the images but again its not until the end after theyve built everything up that they reveal how exorbitantly expensive everything is. I agreed to do one of the packages but within three hours wrote back trying to cancel my order because I couldnt afford to spend thousands of dollars on some pictures. Of course they have a no cancellation policy. I spoke with someone on their customer service team that was no help at all. I am still trying to resolve this because there is no part of me that wants anything to do with these pictures. I have the most disgusting taste in my mouth from this company so do not fall victim to their prey!!!

The pho*ograph was amazing, dresses and decors beau*iful... a dream for a li**le girl ...BUT since *he beginning, prices were no* very clear... Before I booked and spen* money, I asked *heir prices and packages because I wan*ed *o ge* only digi*al pic*ures and I wan*ed *o make sure I would be able *o afford i*. They *old me *hey had differen* affordable packages. So i booked and made 1 hour of dream for my li**le one. She was so exci*ed and asked *o see her pic*ures. 1s* *hing : you can * see your pics righ* af*er and have *o wai* 2 or 3 weeks *o ge* a zoom appoin*men* ... So you expec* *o see an incredible *hing af*er 2 weeks righ* ? No you have a zoom appoin*men* while *hey show you all *he pics super fas* and *hen you discover *heir prices !!!! The less expensive pack ? $2 500 for 7 digi*al pic*ures ... Who can afford *ha* ????? So I asked *o ge* a price *o ge* jus* *he digi*al.pic*ures whi*ou* any pho*oshop on i* ... *he answer was NO WE dONT DO THAT ... Wha* ??? Really ? So we all los* our *ime for having no pics ? The pho*ograph won * ge* any money for her 1 hour spen* wi*h us (hopefully she ge*s *ips) ... **** sorry 1 free pic*ure I will ge* in 2 mon*hs and and I had *o pic *he 1s* one because I said no *o *he o*her offers so *he guy was disappoin*ed and didn * wan* *o spend more *ime wi*h me ???!!!!   The entire setup is designed as a High Pressure, High Dollar sales scam. The initial picture session and photographer are reasonable priced my kid had a great time. However, after the session is when the problems start. They show you all of the picture they took and a template presentation using your pictures to create emotional buy in and then they start the sales pitch. "Oh those pictures are going to be photo shopped by hand for color correction and to add fairies and magical elements so these are super expensive to make." They aren't hard to color correct or add in pre-defined effect layers. It takes 2 minutes of effort maximum to touch up each photo. They don't sell the non-touched up photos and it was $500 USD (not including the photo session cost) for a single digital copy of a photo. God help you if you want All of the photos as digital copies. I hope you have the credit for a second mortgage as they are going to get you for almost $7500 USD. I have commissioned actual hand drawn art from a known artist for less than a third of this cost. Don't waste your money or time.

  This "business" gets 1 star only for the lady whom took the pictures. We ordered their ****** priced photos on June 10, 2023, two weeks after the photoshoot. I emailed them at 8 weeks asking for a tracking update because they told us everything is sent out within 6-8 weeks once fully paid. They emailed me back on August 11, 2023 saying they were "detained for quality control". They are a scamming business not a charity. I will be contacting my bank to report a fraudulent charge. Shame on these people to claim to be doing this for children's charities when they are doing it for their own financial gain.

  Scam!! Waste of our time and not getting any more of our money. $25 for session my daughter didnt even get to take part in as she didnt like photographer and neither did we and cried whole time. They should have given our money back, just for oh well try to comeback when she older. No thank you, take this scam and shove it. Oh yeah and to hide pricing, not a way to run a business.

  Was not told pricing prior to signing up and being made to "donatr" a fee. For what is told a complimentary 8x10. Took pictures. (Photographer was awesome) then set up for a zoom call to go over photos and packages and pricing. Photographer was never told what the pricing was ( she is a independent contractor) when zoom called came photo packages started at **** and went upwards to *****. THATS RIGHT FIFTEEN THOUSAND dollars. And when we asked if we could think about jt they said to do affirm and make payments. They also told us that they would delete anything we didn't get today. When we asked for ******** to be a picture we liked. We were told we must sign agreement for them to us the photos for whatever or we didn't get the complimentary photo. And we couldn't choose which one if we did sign. They decided for us. DO NOT GO THERE UNLESS YOU HAVE A GEWTHOUSAND RO SPEND. Waste of time and money

  This company is a total scam. The studio space is the size of a bedroom and you dont get to choose your outfits except for whether you want pink or blue. The kids had fun. But then came the zoom. $3500 -$7500 for photos?!? they dont tell you the prices upfront and dont even try to respond with we have it on our website under investment. You have to scroll through a bunch of word salad garbage until you get to the BOTTOM where it says Nothing is better than decorating the walls in our home with love. What better way to do that than with portraits of our children? Most of our clients invest between $1000-$3500 and are thrilled with their art pieces. Some families invest $10,000+. Payment Plans are available. There is never any obligation to purchase anything from your portrait session. Ask your Art ******** how you can save up to 50% on your order during your Ordering and Viewing appointment.I dont see anywhere where you tell us the cost. You just throw out ridiculous numbers that families invest in. Furthermore, the art director didnt give me any options. This place *****. Its a scam. Waste of time. I want the 40 min of my life back from the time I spent on zoom.
