    I ordered this crate for Fathers Day. It said it ships next day. I ordered on June 12. I didnt receive any email confirmation. They charged me the $63 immediately. I reached out to the company on both emails listed, on their website, on ********* and instagram and havent received a response on any of them. One of the emails came back as not being a valid email despite it being listed on their website. They also havent posted anything on their instagram since **************************************************** business. The whole thing is very frustrating and I cant even get a refund because my card company cant even get in contact with the business. I already am late giving my Fathers Day present since they never shipped it and now theyve stolen the money and arent responding. I just want either the package sent or a refund

    They finally sent my package! Very very very late. So I guess I can end the complaint. They still havent replied to anything so
