These people are all about their ******** and nothing about about mental health. Their phone system is terrible so calling in is always an ordeal. I attempted to call in to change an appointment. After calling all day, I got through and changed the appointment for a couple days later. They charged me $100 for missing my appointment and not calling in, which clearly I did. When I refused to pay the $100, for forced the credit card I have on file there without my knowledge or consent! Now I'm overdrawn and my mental health has tanked due to this ordeal. Go with a practice that actually cares about your healthcare, and not your ability to pay. They are unethical and should be ashamed of themselves.

I received very successful TMS treatment (transcranial magnetic stimulation) which showed improvement within the first week. The tech was intelligent, engaged in conversation during the sessions, the whole experience was wonderful. About a year later, my physical pain, depression, anxiety and PTSD came back in full force (family illness + multiple other stressors). Some woman (clearly with control issues and little expertise) decided to "remap" my head. Like my brain structure had changed! I didn't get the same tech, but one who was busy with her phone while I received treatment. After less than a week I was MUCH worse than when I had decided to come back, and I opted not to continue, PLUS I communicated with **************** about my experience. She agreed with me that remapping was pointless. More than 2 years later, I get a letter that they are "acknowledging [my] request for voluntary termination of the doctor patient relationship," adding how serious my condition is and that if I don't continue care I could be "injured." Attempts to communicate with them were in vain. I cannot access the portal because I am not "current." So I try the records request as they suggest (complicated and more than frustrating) and they want to CHARGE ME FOR MY RECORDS!!! Go anywhere else (do receive TMS with the "MagVenture" machine--painless and quiet).
