      Extremely unprofessional repair service by this ***************. We are a builder and they came out to one of our homes to replace a scratched U/I panel on a dishwasher. Unfortunately they found out they had the wrong replacement piece (which is frustrating but understandable). They took the scratched panel back with them, leaving an inoperable dishwasher that worked perfectly fine moments before. The customer service department for this company is abysmal. We tried to get them to at least send back the technician to re-install the scratched U/I panel (so the dishwasher would at least work again!) and they refused.We will not have ********** craptastic company work on any future repairs, big or small.

      This was the best service experience ************** person did a very thorough checkup of my washer and dryer, going above and beyond the norm. I hope I never need to *********************** again, but I have them in my address book with 5 stars! Highly recommended.

      These people are awful.
      I scheduled a repair with them through the Sears warranty service I bought with my refrigerator. They communicate poorly, they don't show up to scheduled windows of service and when I called to find out what was going on since no one had shown or called, Jennifer, the rude woman who answered apparently took offense that I was frustrated with their service and hung up after announcing she could only tell me the rescheduled appointment was sometime on Friday (2 days later). She could not or would not give me some sort of estimate on time so I'm unable to plan my day which is what I had to do today but they missed the appointment so my time and effort was wasted today and frankly I'm not hopeful for Friday.
      How have these people been in business for 50 years? They run their business like a circus as far as I'm concerned. I hope to speak with Jennifer's supervisor soon.

      *******, I understand your frustration, However, we (callahan's appliance) did not schedule an appointment directly with you. Sears your warranty company scheduled you and failed to tell us. We also do not make direct-time appointments. Our routes are determined the night before and an email or text is sent with a time slot estimate. We can not and will not promise an exact time. Why you are complaining about Callahan's and not your warranty company makes no sense. I have canceled your service call for tomorrow and suggest you call Sears and have them assign a different company. Sorry for the confusion, hopefully, the next company Sears sends will meet your expectations. Mike
