  This company runs an online auction through ******** as well as their website. They listed a saddle for auction that had a typo in the closing date, but anyone with sense would use the context of every other saddle listed having the same closing date and infer this one would have the same close date. I won said auction at the originally posted time, only to realize that they had edited their post and changed the terms THREE TIMES in 8 hours and extended the close date by another 23 hours. When I messaged them to discuss this, they blocked me and left the saddle up for auction still.

  ****** ****, we have our rules pinned at the top of our ******** page and on every listing it says "Please read the pinned rules before bidding", we expect visitors to not only read them but also respect them, very respectfully we are the final arbitrator on our page, we post a lot of auctions and sometimes there are mistakes, errors, typos which are unavoidable, but this is why our rules clearly state any auction may be ended or voided, or changed at our **************** agree to these terms when you place your bid. In this case, the "end date" was mistakenly posted as Nov 1st instead of Jan 1st and we did not get many bids obviously it was confusing to bidders, so we had no choice but to either void the auction or change the end date from 12/31 to 01/01 which we did but this person is new to our auctions as we never heard of them before, got irate and posted unwelcome comments on our auction & wanted to take advantage of our mistake, which is very unfortunate as we provide a great product at exceptional prices but still people want every last drop extracted... & a red flag, so this ******** account was and will remain blocked to prevent future lawlessness on our private business page which we make available to the riding community at our *************** do this to let folks have fun and enjoy winning items which would be difficult to purchase normally, we all have fun doing it, and want to keep it fun and deal with fun people. We are a small family-run business and cannot give stuff away due to a minor mistake as some expect us to do. So just to make it clear, they have not purchased any item, and instead they did not respect our rules unfortunately, so they are blocked from buying and bidding in the future per our rules, and terms of sale are designed to keep things safe for everyone, and we stand by our actions. Thank you

  We really wanted to like this saddle. I will add like the other customer here, we had the same experience if you ask any questions at all you get blocked from Facebook. It's also worth noting that their website is now password protected if you want to look at any information about their saddles.
