      Ever since VTX1 has taken over **** ***** Internet in Castroville, TX, there has been nothing but internet outages. And suddenly, there is zero technical support. At least **** ***** would provide transparency as to the issue and an ETA for resolution when there was an outage (which was much more infrequent).
      VTX1 hangs up when you click the number for technical support during outages.
      If you can, my advice is to switch to another internet company.
      Spectrum, does not service my street, but I’m thinking about paying $3000 to have them run me a line so that I can rid myself of this horrible VTX1 radio internet service.
      Just my two cents……
