    10 months into my lease, this business is now wrongfully charging me for a violation for something that was previously approved through management. I have found nothing in the lease and am still waiting for management to provide evidence and justification for these fines.

    After filing my earlier complaint, I saw one of the employees and asked if she was the manager, as they have changed property management three times this year and I was not sure.I just received another violation that is claiming false allegations against me but stating that I claimed false allegations. Earlier today, the agent I spoke work on the phone said the manager was not in the office. I saw someone outside and asked if she was the property manager. When she said no, I asked when she would be in, because I needed to dispute the charge for my privacy screen. She said she was the one I spoke with in the phone. I then asked if the $50 feet was daily or monthly, to which she responded monthly. When she started she was giving a tour, I apologized to the other people with her. I was calm and respectful the whole time. It would only be considered a false allegation if they are not actually requiring me to remove my privacy fence and charging me a $50 fine. Which they are. Otherwise, my statements were true and accurate. I feel this business is retaliating against and trying to silence me.
