    01/01/2023 3:12 pm I contacted customer service to cancel the subscription and order that I mistakenly placed just minutes before. I have never used there service and wanted to try a box. **************** responded that I'm stuck with the service for one year. I don't want this subscription. subscription id #******* no known order number to me. want to ***** "membership"

    According to the Bully make website they guarantee their products or they will replace them. However I bought 2 toys from them without subscribing to their service. They in fact do not replace just the toy without a subscription.

    I signed up for a Bullybox subscription last month to deliver pet toys to my home for $32 a month. Upon signing up for the subscription, I inquired with a customer service representative about their option to switch the box (which usually has treats and toys) to be only toys because my dog has allergies. I was told I could switch to the "all toys" option for no additional charge once I registered. On the website, Bullymake stats you can switch to an "all toys" option, but does not mention an additional charges. As a result of the advertising and the conversation with the sales rep, I signed up with the company in November 2022. In November 2022 I received the all toys box as promised for the stated $32.00. However, today I was charged $37.00. I logged onto the website and it seems they are now charging me $5.00 extra for the all toys option. This is fraud, I agreed to pay $32.00 for the all toys box, and the ability to switch without an additional charge is the reason I bought the subscription in the first place. I would like to be refunded $5.00 and for the remainder of my subscription to be canceled.

    They offered a replacement guarantee, that their dog toys were very durable. I ordered a box of 3, and for 3 months to get the lower price. I figured it was a good deal for indestructible dog toys. My dog chewed on each for 5 minutes and destroyed each. I contacted the company with pictures. I told them I wanted to cancel and get a refund because i didnt believe they would have anything for my dog. They said they would send a replacement for the toys that got destroyed. I only received a replacement for 1. They also told ne i could bot *****. I had to do my 3 month membership. I feel this is very fraudulent. I now see the reviews on their own ******** page about how terrible their toys are and just how bad the company is. I told them I would be contacting you

    Do not order from this company. Their level of customer service is absolutely atrocious. I've been ordering here for 8 months and have had multiple orders missing toys or treats. They once again fudged my order and left out the Jerky/sausage style bag of treats that comes with EVERY order. Every order comes with 2 soft chew treats and a jerky/sausage style treat and my dog rejects the soft chew treats they send. I decided to finally reach out on this one and asked for a replacement, they sent a soft chew after I specifically stated the jerky/sausage style was what I needed sent out as it was what was left out of the original order. After receiving the wrong replacement they refused to send the proper treat bag that was left out of the order. When asking to speak with management the customer service rep disconnected from the chat. How do you expect to maintain a healthy, happy customer service base with this kind of nonsense? When you make a mistake, it should be corrected, properly. I want a complete refund on this box as it did not fulfill they're end of the bargain and refused to send of the missing item in the box.

    Same as everyone else, signed up for three months, then tried to cancel, they actually sent an email saying it was cancelled but kept sending boxes and billing **...so frustrating

    Asked them to cancel my account on 10/15. Apparently they sent another email that went to my spam to try to get my not to cancel and never canceled my account. Was charged for another month and emailed and requested my account be canceled again and a refund.

    I signed up for a one month subscription and ended up with a 12 month subscription. Not only do they have no phone number to contact customer service, but they will just stop replying to you altogether. If they don't like what you're asking them to do. They will not cancel your account until after 12 months from the first day that you signed up, even if it was just a one month subscription. That sounds like false advertising to me. They also refuse to remove my personal bank information even after I have revoked permission for them to charge my card given that they fraudulently told me that this was only a one month thing I have sent countless emails and if I do not get my account canceled I will just be changing my bank information and that way they won't be able to charge me already have document stating that I have revoke permission for that.

    Somewhat predatory/misleading billing practices. Nobody in their right mind would pay the higher "one box" rate with the intention of continuing to buy a box at that higher rate every month! They intentionally mislead customers by offering a "one box" option that is most certainly not one box. It should be more clearly stated that it will automatically renew, even if you purchase the option that appears to not be a subscription. They also make it as difficult as possible to cancel- most businesses will have an option to facilitate cancellation without having to directly call or email customer service. They're just hoping you won't have time to go through with it so they can steal more of your money.

    What I received in the Bullymake box was not at all what I expected or was advertised. I received two rubber toys that were extremely similar except for colour, a flimsy, easily torn apart rope toy, and a tiny, thin piece of canvas with a loop on either end. Their Bullymake Guarantee states "If your dog destroys any toy sent, simply take a picture. If the toy qualifies for a replacement, we ship you a different toy FOR FREE! We will also replace items your dog is unsatisfied with for any reason." And on another part of their website it says "All toys we send have a satisfaction and durability guarantee. Nothing goes destroyed or it is replaced for free."
    However, they are refusing to honour this. My dog was not interested in the tiny piece of fabric, and the rope toy was destroyed in seconds. When I asked for a replacement, they originally said they would send one. After a few weeks of not receiving any updates, I followed up to ask about the status of the promised item, and they are now they are saying they will not be sending one.
    The "ballistic" toy in particular was not at all similar to the kinds of toys they advertise on their website. It was just a narrow strip of fabric. What is my dog supposed to do with that? That is not a toy.
    At this point, I do not want a replacement any more. I want them to correct their false claim on the website and just refund my money. I feel they are misleading about the quality of their products and they make false claims.
