    I asked to cancel via email last month. Instead of cancelling, they tried to engage in a back and forth. They never cancelled my subscription as requested. They went ahead and sent me another box. I told them I cancelled last month and that they sent and charged me for unsolicited goods. They still will not cancel my subscription and will not refund unless I send them back the box that I should never have had sent to me in the first place since I followed their policy and cancelled via email.

    I had to call my bank and put a stop payment on them and then dispute the current charge because since they still haven't cancelled the account, I don't want to deal with this in perpetuity as it seems others have been doing by reading other complaints. This subscription is a scam and no matter how many times asked, they will not cancel my subscription and close my account.

    Toys are fine, but they FORCE a subscription on you in a deceiving way. I bought the toys ONCE to try them and to my surprise I got them ONCE A MONTH, with the monthly charge to my card of course. They don't even send you an email in advance telling you "it's time to make changes to your order" , like most subscriptions do. They just tell you "YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED ", NO WAY TO CANCEL THEN! And you can't cancel the subscription from "your account" either, you have to "contact them ", and, of course, only God knows how long is now going to take for them to answer and they'll keep charging my card every month like now I know they have done to many people! This is deceiving, a scam and a dirty way to make money. If they didn't act like this, I could've considered to keep buying the toys every now and then, but NOT NOW, NOT BEING CHEATED LIKE THIS. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY.

    I subscribed to 3 months of Bullymake boxes. After the 3 months, I cancelled my subscription by emailing their customer service. Their customer acknowledged my cancellation. The next month they charged my card again without my authorization or consent. Now I find out this is standard practice for this company. I want a refund of my last charge, and I want my subscription cancelled as of July 2022.

    I signed up for a single box from bullymake & ended up with a year subscription. I didn't fight it because I have 2 dogs & I've gotten them in the past, my old dog seemed to like it. Today my subscription renewed without any warning of a $204 payment coming out of my account. The box is the same every time & one of my dogs cannot eat the treats because she gets sick. I asked for a refund but they refused because it already went through my bank. I do not want this subscription all I want is my money back.
