    They won't cancel my subscription. I've asked them repeatedly. Probably going to have to share with my bank to block them from being able to charge me more. This is ridiculous!!

    If I could give zero starts thats what I would give! I placed an order on December 13th and quickly realized this was not something my dog could have. Within minutes, I sent an email requesting cancellation and a refund. I was told by ***** It shows that you have signed up under the monthly payment option for the 3-month plan on [DECEMBER 13 2024] to take advantage of the discounted plan rate of $35. Because all of our boxes are pre-planned and this plan is still under commitment, canceling will only stop the account from renewing again after the last box.I responded with their policy We will refund any purchase within 3 days of receipt if you are unhappy with your purchase. Your items may not be used or open to qualify for a refund. then said to save the trouble. I would be returning the box and requesting a cancellation anyways.He responded back with your request was ************** it is almost a month later and I still have yet to receive a refund nor has any product even been delivered. This business is a scam and I do not recommend using them! They will take your money!

    This company is terrible. They automatically send you more boxes even if you only ordered one and they charge you the maximum amount. They won't take calls to return it.

    I canceled my subscription with ***** and was charged for two more months without permission!! They refuse to refund the money! They said I can pay to return the box and get a refund. I think they just really want to keep taking my money, i may have to stop payment at the bank level. They will not work with you. They only want your money! There toys fall apart! I have a super chewer and he can destroy a toy in a day! They never refunded or replaced a toy! For what you pay!!! IT IS NOT WORTH IT. THEY ARE MONEY HUNGRY!!

    I purchased an introductory box from BullyMake because of the "guarantee" made by them that they would replace any of their toys that were destroyed. I wanted to see if this service was for real. Both toys in the first box were destroyed pretty quickly by our dog, so I requested replacements (which was guaranteed, or so I thought). I was told they would only replace one toy -- which was confusing because their guarantee was for ALL toys. I received the replacement toy, which was destroyed pretty quickly, and I realized these toys were not very well made for chewers (as promised in their advertisements). So I requested my "subscription" be cancelled. This was on September 11, 2024. I received notice today that another box was sent and $35.01 was charged to my credit card. I have been work with **** in their customer service department since September 11, 2024 with my concerns and request to cancel. After almost an hour long conversation on line (because you can't talk with anyone in person), my subscription was cancelled but he charged my credit card an additional $26 to cancel. Additionally, I will not be credited for the box mistakenly sent by them because he "didn't understand" I wanted my subscription cancelled (when it was specifically requested in our on line conversation and two emails to BullyMake customer service email to please cancel my subscription.) Absolutely unbelievable! This company needs to be shut down!

    After a 3 month commitment I emailed to cancel my membership. They provided me with an offer to stay at a reduced rate. I got back to them 2 weeks later to cancel and (2 weeks before the next billing cycle) and they said it was too late to cancel they had already processed the next order. This is BS. So disappointed. This is why I don't like memberships. I'm done with these type of business practices. They aren't a bad company but they sure aren't customer friendly.

    I had purchased a 3-month subscription from Bullymake in February 2018 and had no issues with them at all; in fact, my daughter, to whom I had the products sent, was pleased.This February (2024) I ordered another 3-month subscription, and everything was fine until I received a note in early June saying that another box was on its way. I then found that they had charged my credit card another $108 for another 3-month subscription. When I complained directly to them, they said that that is how they do business -- that subscriptions are automatically renewed unless they receive a request for termination prior to the renewal, and then the renewal is continued for another three months. I find this manner of business abhorrent. Yes, perhaps they now have written in the small print of their Terms and Conditions that they well automatically renew, but that is insufficient notification, in my opinion. I will never do business with them again and am returning the unopened boxes to them. BASTARDS!

    I have tried to cancel my subscription for 4 months and keep getting charged...hard to reach anyone, when I finally did, they sent me a confirmation email of cancelation... and I just hot another confirmation of another shipment!!! Don't dare waste your time!!!

    They worst! We tried tried and tried to cancel and got the run around. We even sent them screen shots of our cancellation notice (which took pulling teeth to even get). However, after the three month mandatory subscription, we canceled, only to see a 4th month charged to our account. After going back and forth with the rep, and sending our confirmation notice, they replied we are waiting for you to reply to our email. After sending the screen shot again, they advised the 4th package was already sent so we need to refuse it! We asked, what if we are not home when its delivered and their response was drive it to the post office and let them know you are refusing the package. This truly sounds like how a quality company works!
