    Definitely not worth the money! Their customer service is useless...will never use product again...I just dump them in the trash!

    ****** M- IF I can give this company less than 1 star I would. The "Power Chewer" toys they advertise do not hold up. Yes they replaced however I tried to cancel my account and they are holding me to the 12 months, I have no need for toys every month that I will have to return and replace. The treats they send my dog will not eat. They have horrible customer service and no way to reach them by telephone. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

    This company's practices are criminal. If I could leave zero stars I would. They do not allow you to cancel your subscription from your account. You have to email them to cancel. When you request cancellation, they have a long drawn out process. In the meantime, your card continues to be charged. They need to be stopped. They also charged my card even though it was showing as expired.

    My experience is, unfortunately, very similar to the many reviews here. After 3 messages requesting to cancel, my account was still charged for the next month. This was the month after the 3-month subscription I signed up for ended. I obligated those 3 months and then wanted to cancel. It makes no sense to even have a specified-length subscription if the cancellation process is the same and the recurring charge stopped automatically. Regardless, I read and knew that I would still have to cancel, so after my third shipment at the end of November, I messaged on Dec. 2nd requesting to cancel. They responded to say why I shouldnt cancel and I replied again that I wanted to cancel. This volleying conversation continued until I didnt reply to one of their responses - so when I emailed them with a nasty email - their response was they were waiting on my reply to their last email. Ugh My understanding is that it is illegal for a subscription service to be so difficult and frustrating to cancel. There is no way to cancel in your account, and no way to delete the payment method (tho you can change the payment method). They also do not provide a phone number to reach them. After my final email about their unethical and illegal processes the company did cancel my subscription and refunded the money to my account, but this should have in no way been this frustrating to resolve! Very poor business practices and I recommend others avoid.

    The products were not the quality I was hoping to receive. When I asked for a replacement, they refused, even though the website clearly says satisfaction guaranteed and a promise to replace any dog toys that were not durable enough. It has taken multiple times to get the company to cancel my subscription (I do not wish to receive any more products or be charged any further). I also tried to get a refund for 2 dog toys that lasted less than 5 minutes each. I never got a refund.Do not use this company.

    I don't recommend wasting your money on this. There are better products out there if you have a dog that's a tough chewer. You have to rely on them to cancel your subscription and they won't do it when repeatedly asked.They send repeat toys and some are super cheap. In July, they sent us a 'Loofa dog' toy that the tag says 'for gentle chewers' and can be purchased for $2.50. Pay nearly $40/month for a box of tough toys and receive junk. When I ask about a 'gentle chewer' toy being sent in a 'tough chewer' box, they simply state that people have asked for these so they've added it as an option but don't communicate in the customer dashboard that the toy is not for the tough chewers they're selling boxes to. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY

    Won't cancel my subscription after several emails. They always respond with "why do you want to cancel?" and when you respond, they just ignore the cancellation request. Predatory is the wrong word - this is an outright scam.

    Horrible company downright predatory. Emailed 3 times to cancel my account and all three times they just tried to convince me to keep it and never actually cancelled my subscription, didnt know till I randomly got charged $67
