    I contacted the company to cancel my subscription and was told I wouldnt be able to until the full subscription had been met which was 12 months. When I sign in to my account via their website, it doesnt show anywhere what subscription I have agreed to so I have no idea if its true that I signed up for 12 months or not. Horrible customer service. If I havent paid up front for the full subscription, I should be able to cancel any time I want.

    I signed up for one box to be delivered to a friends dog for their birthday. They defaulted my shipping address to my billing address and didnt send it where I requested. Then tried to say I did it but you can clearly see I didnt because the address is not typed the way I type it. They refused to take responsibility. In addition, I signed up for ONE box and they now have me on a subscription with no way to cancel. You cant even remove your credit card info from their site. They dont send an order confirmation showing what you ordered and where its shipping to and it isnt reflected in your account online either. No record of the order yet they think they can just bill people and send it wherever they want. This is the biggest scam and I will never recommend them to anyone

    I ordered a box from them and my dog destroyed his toy in under 2 minutes and cut up his gums pretty bad. I contacted the company and told them I wanted my account cancelled as their products injured my dog. I spoke with customer service THREE times to cancel my account. I was told it was cancelled 2 months ago. I did not get a change last month and thought everything was good. Well, I was charged yet again today. Beware of this company.

    Bullymake toys are great and truly indestructible. My husky tears through anything he gets his teeth on, so these are great; however, the company itself is a pain to deal with and very dishonest. I specifically signed up for the 3-Month subscription plan at a rate of $36 per box at one box a month. This was NOT what I received. I was being charged $46 per month and charged a 4th month even though I specifically signed up for 3 months. Apparently they will automatically charge your account unless you cancel even though I selected only to receive the toys for 3 months. When reaching out to customer service, they did absolutely nothing and did not answer my question about why they promoted the 3-month subscription if they werent going to honor it. Furthermore, theres no ability to cancel the subscription online in their website. You must contact help support to cancel. No resolution provided and answers not obtained. Poor company service and poor marketing overall.

    They make it seem like you can order a single box on their website, but as I was told when requesting to cancel when I was surprised with a second charge from them, they only actually do subscriptions and if you order anything from them you are signing up for a subscription. There is no way to cancel or change your subscription through the website, you have to email or use the chat service.

    I signed up for one box to try it and they kept sending a box every month. I tried everything to cancel including email, chat on their website and calling them which was strange since I was told I had the wrong phone number after a man answered. I rechecked the number on the website against what I dialed and it was the same. The box shown on the website is $45.00 and they have been charging me $144.51 a month for over a year!!! I finally called my bank and stopped payment. Buyer beware!

    I signed for a three month subscription, and when I received the box, I gave my Rottweiler both of the toys and he had absolutely no interest in them so I waited for a while and eventually he did walk over to a blue triangle that crinkled a little bit, and he proceeded to chew on one corner, and in within about three minutes, he had the stuff out of the inside and the other toy, He has absolutely no interest in, It is hard as steel. The only way I could reach out to customer service was on their website through a live chat. I explain to the operator that I'd like to cancel my subscription and she said that they would have to charge me a one month subscription and then she could cancel my three month subscription, so I ended up paying 6$ more dollars to cancel my subscription and no toy replacements , wasn't offered any toy replacements , and yes I explain to her that the toys were worthless . I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS. THE **** ARE JUNK. YOU CAN GET BETTER STUFF AT PETSMART THAT WOULD LAST LONGER FOR A CHEAPER PRICE. ********************** ON THIS GUARANTEED TO BE DISSATISFIED.!!

    If you're thinking about subscribing to this company don't. Save yourself the agony. The customer service is by far the worst I have ever experienced. I have been trying to cancel with them for two months. The emails go back-and-forth and back-and-forth. Nothing gets resolved. I was told at one point that it was taken care of and yet I still keep getting boxes.

    When you try to cancel your subscription, they are so pushy on getting you to keep it. They don't listen to what you want. they do whatever they want to do with your account. Their website is incredibly antiquated and has a horrible UI. They have an advertised online chat support function, but it's been deactivated.

    I wanted to love this company since most of the toys are made in *******. And I will say, they're the only toys my dog has not been able to destroy, BUT their subscription system is predatory and their shipping system needs to enter the 21st century. My spouse is military, so we are constantly moving. The first issue we had was an automatic shipment that went through while we were in the process of moving. Once you receive your "order confirmed" email, there's nothing they can do to stop the shipment. So we spent 2 months trying to get the order returned to sender from across the country. The second problem is the one that brings me here. My Account was on hold during one of our moved. In an attempt to cancel my account in full, I hit the "activate" button. Turns out there's no option to cancel your account online, other than through their email system, which I did next. The customer service rep was very pushy and kept trying to get me to keep my account. After 30 minutes of asking, she finally cancelled my account. 2 hours later, I'm receiving charges to my card that a new box is on its way. Again, once you get that email, there's nothing you can do, it's coming. So now I get to run errands to get this package returned to sender and wait another 2 months for my refund. It's not worth the headache, the nature of their subscription is predatory and I can't get over the unauthorized charges to my credit card AFTER the account was cancelled. Buyer beware, it's not worth the headache...
