      Ordered 2 hunting licenses for NY and received only one of them. In 2020 I also did not receive my license and your customer service was not helpful at all.

      Hi Mr. *****, Thank you for reaching out about this. I have spoken with the state of New York about your account. It seems when you inputted your address into the system it was put in incorrectly. The state has advised me that they have spoken with you about this, corrected your address and have reissued cards to you. If I can be of any other assistance please let me know.

      I took a course that was offered. It was a 90 day hunters safety course that involved approx. 20 hours to complete. On the 88th day of the course I realized that I would not have computer access for the next two days. So I contemplated staying late and finishing the course to receive the hunters license that I had already invested 16 plus hours into. I called ******** Enterprises to ensure I would not have to restart the course if it lapsed because if that was the case I would have stayed late to get it done. I was told that it was not a problem to let it lapse as there will be an option when I log in to extend my course another 30 days for 10 dollars.

      I logged in on Monday to find out that my course had expired and there was no extension option. I now do not have an option to invest the 16 hours that I already had into it before hunting season starts. I have two kids, an addition to my house going, not to mention I work 50 plus hours a week. I commute 2 hours per day on top of my work week.


      I am extremely displeased with how the interaction happened. I now have to forfeit my invested time and money into this years hunting as everything has been purchased.

      Thank you for reaching out. I reviewed your calls to our office as all of our calls are recorded. The only phone call we have in our system from your phone number is on 7/26/22. The agent you spoke with did advise you that some states do allow extensions for the course, however the state of Washington does not offer the extension and you would need to re register and re take the course. We are regulated by the states and must follow their guidelines on course extensions, unforteantly for the state of Washington they will not allow us to offer extensions. I apologize a more favorable answer could not be given.
