Unfortunately my experience with this company below all my expectations. I purchased a hood and extension duct cover from Vent A Hood on July 2024. I needed slight modification on the duct cover, which Ive been told would take 4-5 weeks. I said no problem. But the problem started the moment I placed an order to get Vent A Hood. After me being extremely annoying, I finally got the hood and the extension on the week of September 12. When the box was opened I realized that extension is wrong, not the one I ordered. And again, back and forth communication. Another wrong extension was sent to me, that I received on November 26th. On December 23rd I finally received correct duct cover. During all that time, another issue was discovered, one of the motors wasnt working. Two months later that is not fixed yet. An extension is not installed yet. The company is refusing to cover the labor cost for my contractor. They dont have any to provide also. So, so far, after 6 months I dont have working item.
