    Very poorly run company. Ordered a part to come in 10 days. Delayed 2 times 30 days after advertised date. Still no commitment to shipping. Had to cancel my order. Do not waste your time using this terrible company. I would recommend to no one.

    I ordered a simple bolt for my mower, they stated and still hold true that it was the right one. The bolt came loose and destroyed my PTO clutch. They wont step up to remedy the situation and refuse to help at all. They sent an email reply with a long explanation to why they dont, but if they send the wrong part they should hold themselves accountable. They have forever lost my business and recommendation.

    Ordered small lawnmower part with shipping estimated at 2 to 5 days. It's been 11, still news that it's actually shipped. Based on other reviews, company is an elaborate scam.

    I ordered a new clean water tank for my Bissell carpet cleaner on 4/2. Paid for the expedited 2-4 day shipping. As of today it was STILL processing. Ive been calling customer service and leaving voicemails because nobody answers. They call back while Im working. So today I called and left voicemail after voicemail until someone called me. I was told the item is on back order until 5/1. Which was listed nowhere in the website (still isnt.) When I asked why nobody informed me and why I was able to pay for expedited shipping, I was repeatedly told the refund will reflect on your account in 48 hours. Moral of the story, dont bother ordering from this company.

    Total Scam! They take your money and draw interest on it in their account while you wait for parts that never arrive. I ordered a part that they said they had in stock (when I couldn't find it anywhere else). I should have known better.All the estimated arrival dates have passed. I received an email asking if I would like to cancel my order, but you know, I'm going to wait for a part that never existed and continue to write bad reviews!

    I ordered a tiny part a clip for my ******* dishwasher. That was Feb 27th. Supposedly 3-7 days to come, nothing. It is now march 13th. No part. I called and emailed. Supposedly backordered until at least April 10th. They took my money. They never told me it was backordered. Very very sketchy company. Stay away.

    On December 3, 2023, the website stated that the part was in stock. I ordered and received an order confirmation email. Waited a couple of weeks and sent another email asking about my order. Received a reply stating that the manufacturer has it on backorder until 1/15. On 1/16 I sent another email asking for an update and received nothing. Finally asked again today 1/20, and was informed they are on back order until 2/5, however their website still states that the part is in stock. Can you say Fraud much. I have since ordered from somewhere else and asked for a refund. We will see how that goes.
