    Site claimed shipping usually within 3 days. Ordered Jan 9/25. When I called about my order after not seeing an update, I was told it would be available/updated Jan 18. Checked the order Jan 17, there was now a shipping # and link, the link went 404 to their support page. Shipping # seems nonexistent for expedited mail(prolly USPost). Called support line Jan 19, voicmails at 2pm MST. Never did get a callback from earlier VMs. Shipping # remains unchanged and dead end. But claims it shipped. CC has been charged.

    I still have not received the second part of my shipment which has been almost two and a half months if I was you I would not use this company that is ridiculous I have called them four times and every single time they tell me they are pushing it another two weeks because of the manufacturer that's bull

    website said part was in stock, so I ordered it. paid for shipping **** then 10 days went by with no tracking number. sent email to them they said it was the manufacture that did not have it in stock, but their website said they had it still haven't got my part going on 3 weeks don't waste your time with this company. the last email I got stated that they are going to express mail it to me so ill get it on time well i paid for 7-to-10-day shipping and it's been 3 weeks, so it won't be on time. and they won't refund my shipping.

    Was told part would be delivered in 10 days. Called after it was 3 wks. Was told the following Monday. 3 wks from that phone call still no part. Called, was told not til next 1/2024. I requested a refund. Don't waste your time with this company.

    Guess I should have read reviews. Ridiculous. Over a month and I still have not received my order. I have learned a ****** and will not shop here again.

    Excellent customer service, had an issue that was resolved same day. Was told the parts were delayed promptly, and still received the parts earlier than quoted. Ordered multiple parts for a flex polisher and received exactly what I purchased. Thanks guys! Will definitely be getting more business from me!

    Horrible company and not at all friendly to non-profit organizations. What kind of company s**** on non-profits? Shop anywhere else and it will be better!!!

    These people are crooks they use over sized packages to run up postage. You have to send a small item back in a large box. I will never use them again.

    Had a pricey order in need of parts between a dishwasher and microwave. Very expensive. Never submitted the order because I needed to speak with their customer service department first. Wow, am I glad I waited! I left 2 voice messages, two text messages, and 4 phone calls and not once did I speak with any representative! Just the answering machine! So very happy I did not drop money on this business, especially now that I did a ****** Review for PartsWarehouse.com and see all these 1-star reviews and experiences of people losing their money!
