    Overall I love this website and have trusted this company with my business many times. As of recently there have been a few delays in receiving parts due to global supply chain issues - however in every intense the parts have still arrived in good working condition.I especially like the part lookup and diagrams the store includes for each device which makes it easy to locate the missing part. **************** has also been quick to respond whenever any issues have occurred.Only real negative would be that the site layout is quite dated and sometimes accessing your account feels a bit more difficult than it needs to be.

    Company *****. Ordered an expedited part. Never received it and was charged $67.00. Cannot log in to their website to view order.

    Poor customer service, shipped wrong parts (2) times would not return calls to customer service and could not correct the problem in 5 weeks. Will not order from them again

    I wish I had checked out these one star ratings before I ordered. Their website shows them with a five star rating from BBB. I give them no stars if that is possible. I ordered a vacuum hose from them and it took three weeks to be delivered. When it arrived, the piece to quick connect to the vacuum had been cut off. I returned the piece to them before reading their return policy which states that if you return an item to the place it was shipped from they won't refund. They only refund if items are returned to a specific address listed in the return policy. Fortunately I didn't spend much money. I re-ordered the item on Amazon and got it (in one piece) in less than a week.This is why Amazon rules.**************...ugh!

    Awful service. Their webpage stated that a part was available but it was not, they kept pushing back the delivery date until they cancelled the order and reimbursed the money without even trying to figure out a solution. They called many times after my explicit request of no cold-calling. They are disrespectful and unreliable at best, shady business practices, avoid them at all cost!

    A one star review is way too kind. They deserve zero because they took my money and provided zero service. I never even received a confirmation email for my purchase. After nearly three weeks I had to contact them and send them a screenshot from my bank account to show they took my money, and I had to provide them with all my contact info again before they could find any information on my order. and I f course after I say I want a refund they find the order; and of course due to circumstances beyond their control its another two weeks (to the day) until the part is even due to get to them from the manufacturer. Youll see in all these reviews that this is a common thing with them, yet they never contact the customer to tell them this or even put that the part is out of stock on their website. ****** and other reputable internet search engines to to remove them from their customers search options because this is happening to way too many people.

    Extremely poor customer service, part not in stock and they dont ship out what it, out of 4 orders I received 1 almost 2 months later. They dont reply back and dont answer the phone. When you complain and they finally do email you back they will not return your money. This place is overall a scam in hopes you will forget about your orders, this is how they make there money. VERY VERY POOR THIS SITE SHOULD BE S*** DOWN IMMEDIATELY

    ABSOLUTE worst customer service I have ever experienced. They sent out a replacement glass piece for my countertop stove. I paid for this ***** I paid expedited shipping. Fine I opened this ***** the brackets to assemble it to the existing burners did not come with the piece, they r brackets that require welding to ***** to the existing burners. Just the glass alone I immediately put this back into the original packaging & contacted customer service From there, they tell me "it wasn't stated that it included the brackets. Send it back if you want a refund" In a very short- "this is YOUR problem" kind of tone. Fine I proceed to ask for a shipping label, for return They tell me "It's not our 'policy' to issue return labels, you have to pay to ship it back." Again fine I take this ENORMOUS, useless piece of glass to ***************** Im told "$150+" to send it back. Not happening. It would make this ***** ******** ultimately POINTLESS Feeling as if I just took a loss ne way I contact customer service I explain to them, I dont need/want this item. I want my money back, what can be done?Im told the same thing over & over "not my problem, u have to pay for shipping, our policy. blah"I state "if u don't make this right I will smash this into a million pieces & send it back to you" & 'threaten' for any type of resolution. I ABSOLUTELY have better things to do than SMASH this item Alas- I was told $52 would be deducted from my refund Fine I immediately send the item back after recieving the label Today- I recieved an ************* of the glass stovetop SMASHED into a million pieces, & attached it states:"We recieved ur order today for order #xxxxxx Just as you threatened in your previous emails the part arrived smashed.We will not be issuing a refund"They had zero intentions on issuing me ne type of refund. CROOKS. They sent the label with EVERY intention on smashing this because I had to go thru extreme lengths just to get a resolution for this matter JUST DON'T

    Horrible company to deal with. Parts advertised as in stock really aren't, shipping is SLOOOW (they do NOT honor their promise of same/next day shipping), and CS "support" sends canned email responses when asked specific order questions. Avoid at all costs, unless you like frustration and bottom of the barrel customer service. Don't believe me? Look into their BBB reviews and complaints.

    I ordered a part over 2 months ago they charged me and never shipped the part. tried to call their customers service and no one ever answers ask to leave a msg and you will get a call back did that twice about 2 weeks apart from each other leaving my contact information never heard back from them. finally called their customer line if you wanted to order a new part answered immediately (shocker i know) finally found out they were out of stock and just never notified me said they would be getting stock in about 2 more weeks and then they would ship it. now's the time still no parts in stock how about you don't charge someone for products you don't have and apparently never going to have needless to say to cancel the order i still had to call the new purchase line to get a dam answer
