  I wish I would of went to BBB first to review this company before making a purchase. I would not even give them half a star ! I placed an order on 6/17/23 for a Key Switch for my rider lawn mower. They shipped the part to the wrong address and said that the part is now on back order and have to wait until 7/24/23 from the manufacture to restock. I tried multiple times to speak to an agent and never get nothing resolved. I then asked to have a supervisor/manager to give me a call back. I spoke to a supervisor names *******, to try to get this resolved. The whole time she is just laughing at my situation, and not doing anything to de-escalate the situation. I asked if this call is being recorded, she said yes and I asked to have this call reference number, she laughed again and said no. I then asked to speak to someone above her, she laughed once again and said "trust me , no one above wants to speak to you." I never experienced such bad customer service especially from a manager. I then asked her to cancel my order and refund me my money. It has been over two weeks and I have not received my refund. I send multiple emails/voicemails and no one has gotten back to me. This company is a joke, the agents are a joke, their customer service is a joke, and their managements are idiots. I even tried emailing the *** and have not gotten no response. STAY AWAY FROM THESE IDIOTS.

  Ordered and paid for 3 parts 11/09/2021. I received 1 part and the other 2 were back ordered. I've contacted Parts Warehouse about this, but have never received the 2 remaining parts or my money back.

  They've scammed me too. Ordered a vac cleaner part in ...************* July, everything I email or call I get the same story- on backorder. Right.Do not order from this website. Fast to take your $, but will never get your order.

  This is a terrible company. Very slow to ship and you cant get in touch with them. No communication. I needed a part asap and paid 6x the price of the item to have shipping expedited. A week later, I have nothing and no email. I had to file a dispute with PayPal to get my money back. AVOID THIS COMPANY

  Ordered online and expedited shipping of 2 to 4 days. Still nothing arrived after a week. I called every day and can only leave voicemails. Horrible customer service. Makes zero sense to ignore customers and run them off. I got mad enough to try to reach someone in sales, which I did. Order was on back order. I paid expedited shipping fees and was never told about the back order. That's right, how can they tell you when they ignore you. If they have no idea their customer service staff is ignoring customers then that's one thing. Something that shouldn't go unseen for a week. At least sales answers the phones. I canceled the order with the sales guy. No confirmation email. I'm afraid they will delay my refund if I leave specifics about my order or my name. If someone from Parts Warehouse wants more information they can probably follow up to this. I see from previous complaints that others had same issue earlier.

  Ordered a part for my lawnmower on June 8 2023 and it is June 20 2023 and still didnt receive it and it said delivery is 3 to 7 days its been 12 days and still counting

  In May I ordered a belt for my Earthquake rototiller. Paid $17 for 2-4 day shipping. Five days later called to find out where my order was. No one answers the phone it goes to voicemail and a foreigner calls you back hours leaps voicemail to call back. This goes on for days to find out the order is on back order till July sometime. Of course July planting is over. I spend two more days trying to cancel the order. Dont do business with this company. Overpriced and outrageous shipping cost and poor customer service. I have still not received a refund 24 hours later.

  I ordered a part for my stove on 5/3/2023. It said on the website that I will receive the part within 3 - 7 days. As of today, 5/16/2023, I still have not received the part. I called to check my order status and they told me that the part is on back ordered. I have searched the internet and the places I looked up all said out of stock except for Parts Warehouse. That is why I placed my order with them. They deceived me by making me think they have the parts on hand. it wouldn't let me leave a review without picking a star. In my opinion they don't even deserve one star. After looking at other reviews this seems like a ongoing issue with other customers. I should've done my reach about the company before I ordered from them. I would not recommend Parts Wearhouse to anyone not even to my worst enemy.

  I see from the other reviews, it is par for the course for these guys. I ordered a part I needed very bad*** the joker salesman said it was in stock. I needed the part to heat my home. It was a *** they did not have it. I forgot about that and tried to order something else, ***** was 2 years after the first time. Once again, the salesman said everything weas in stock, and did I only want one? As it turns out, the item was discontinued by the manufacturer. Did they tell me? NO, of course not. I WILL NEVER deal with these lying idiots again. If you want to be disappointed, then try these liars out !

  Ordered stuff for my lawn mower and gauges for my compressor never told me the stuff was on back order wont be shipped for a month guy had a horrible attitude on phone lied to me place is a scam I will never use them again so I only got 12 dollars worth of stuff from order I asked to cancel I slid 75 she said Id only get 40 dollars back wow it costs 5 dollars for 12 dollars worth of stuff that weighs less then a pound little washer and two nuts this place is a joke Im so upset I dealt with these losers bunch of thieves never again will I deal with this trash
