    Not impressed at all!! I ordered a part for my boat motor at the beginning of august and its the end of November and nothing. Several calls and emails asking where is my part???? It was supposed to arrive Aug 4th. Well, maybe Aug 14, then maybe Sept 9, well maybe in Oct, well know on Nov 1st. NOTHING!!!! Ive tried getting a refund and Im assured that the part is going to arrive soon. Ummm what about my refund click.. once again, just cancel my order and refund my money and youll never have to hear from me ever again!! I promise!! Ive already turned this over to my credit card company to dispute this transaction.

    SUPERB!I am extremely satisfied with the performance of Parts Warehouse (PW) as well as the product ordered.The PW website had a clear schematic (exploded) diagram from which I identified the parts needed - excellent ease of navigation. Additionally, it was clear as to how to properly order them.After placing my order I received a clear order confirmation.I was surprised when my parts arrived VERY promptly. They were in perfect order and fit well. I had them installed within the ******* PW experience was superb. I would recommend them to a friend and I would order from them again.

    Very pleased!Parts arrived on time, were genuine Maytag, all were made in the *** and they fit perfectly. There were cheaper parts available from other sellers and those sponsored ads came up first on my internet search. In fact these sites all sold kits of parts that were exactly what had worn out on my dryer. However, the price for these kits was way too cheap, the text was poorly written English and the reviews were likewise poor English and all quite similar to each other. Bottom line, Ill buy from these guys again when I need appliance parts.

    Honestly I was skeptical of this place but they delivered! I have been trying to find the replacement plastic handle for my Ryobi snowblower for a year. It wasnt in stock anywhere but here. I was like surely this is a scam since nobody else seems to have it. The part wasnt even 20 bucks! I got it in probably a week or so. It came nicely wrapped in those air puffs. I am genuinely impressed and will likely buy from them again.
