I have been a client of SNC for three months, and their modules have proven to be extremely helpful and practical. However, my greatest growth as a new nurse coach has come from the group coaching sessions. These sessions frequently encourage me to step outside of my comfort zone, which has been crucial for my success. With nine months remaining in the program, I am grateful for my decision to join. Their podcast, which offers a wealth of information and clearly explains their offerings, played a significant role in my decision to purchase.

I worked with ***** and ****** in their coaching programs for a year and half. During that time I was able to make the most incredible shifts in my life and in my business. I signed dozens of clients during my time working with them and felt held and supported through it all. It was extremely challenging but I was so happy to have support as I scaled my business.***** and ****** are passionate about serving their community and elevating the nursing profession to new heights.

TSNC is a wonderful organization lead by compassionate, thoughtful and yes, successful, individuals. It is a course for success in business to be sure, but it also sets you up for wins in all aspects of life. I have received nothing but benefits from the leaders at **** and I know I have a network of validating support.I know that they have also been subject to campaigns by one delusional individual who is continually trying to extort and harass them in exchange for money. Be very aware of any reviews that do not discuss the actual merits of the program, the sweat equity involved from both participants and coaches, and instead focuses on personal attacks and vindictiveness. Even when faced with these attacks, the team at **** has remained above *************** knowing that their stellar reputation and referral network will stand strong in the face of one very motivated individual with nothing better to do with her time. If you're looking for a team to support you on your coaching journey, you can find no better. If you're looking for someone to enable your dependencies and not challenge your bad behavior, its best to look elsewhere.

After investing $15,000 into their program, I did not receive the agreed amount of time commitment written in our contract. When I was unable to attend their retreat, the relationship between myself and my coach and drastically changed and not given the same support as my peers. This was a perfect opportunity for great coaching, but instead the coach took a defensive approach and was unable to create a resolution for either of us and instead shut me down. The price for the service does not equivocate and they are coaching new nurse coaches to do the same. You are made to feel less than your peers when you do not offer coaching packages in the higher ranges such as theirs. I wish I could go back and choose a different route with that $15K. But alas here we are and hopefully this will help others.

The business model for The Successful Nurse Coaches is based on hard sells and using bait and switch techniques. They make offers to their clients that they cant back up, fudge their statistics of their success rates, and when anyone questions them or pushes back, those people are forced out of their lifetime access program. Within the program you are sold the expectation of working directly with the expert owners who you interview with. In the program it is all other coaches who have graduated the program reteaching the same curriculum, not actually sharing real success knowledge from real experience. Responses to questioning the program or even presenting evidence that what was promised in writing is not what is deliver is met with defensiveness and vindictive behavior. They will try to use clients proving the organization did something wrong as justification to push people out and keep their money. Nurse Coaching is also a profession of niches. However, The Successful Nurse Coaches do not prepare their clients how to niche down and they speak disrespectfully of other practicing coaches. They go as far as to tell their own clients that certain other coaches are bad and that they should stay away from them, actively harming the business of others who have nothing to do with their practice. Ultimately this is a hollow and deceptive organization taking advantage of new Nurse Coaches who dont know better and who havent found a better option yet.

    Hi ****,

We are surprised to hear from you since our last email exchange in April of 2023 after we processed you a full refund of $2910 for 3 months of service because there was a miscommunication/misunderstanding in your program purchase. We took full responsibility for any breakdown in communication and felt it necessary to refund you the investment you had made, despite our no refund policy.

We are very clear in our enrollment process who your lead coach would be and we deeply trust our team of lead coaches as they have created an insane amount of success in their own private practices. We would be silly to thing that we are the only coaches capable of business coaching effectively, and want to ensure that our clients have a wide well of knowledge to pull from.

We also have never made up client success stories. (and if we did, I would have greatly underestimated what our clients are capable of.) 4 million dollars in client revenue is a number I cannot even fathom and I am so proud of our community and all of their hard work. Their success is purely their own and is entered into our database personally by our clients monthly. Since you have never participated in our coaching programs, it likely isn't clear how this works from an outsiders point of view, so I wanted to be sure to clarify.

I do strongly believe that there are coaches out there that are taking advantage of our community, after countless stories of hearing how folks have purchased programs, recieved no support, or were emotionally yo-yo'd around, I do feel it is necessary to educate coaches on how to pick a good coach, whether they choose to work with us or not.  It is important that clients feel connected and in safe spaces, I want to be sure to advocate for that.

Per our last email exhchange you stated:

"My ultimate decision was going to be to accept the refund. Which is where we have reached anyway. And I did find the preceptorship environment kind and supportive even if why I entered it was based on a misunderstanding. And understand that this email is to provide context and hopefully allow for better interactions in the future. Ideally avoiding anything like this for anyone else.

Im not looking to burn any bridges. I hope based on the tone of the last email that isnt whats happened.

I wish you the best and hope for continued growth.

    Be well,
    ****"

I hope that we can continue open dialogue if you have an underlying issue directly.

    Be well,
    Shelby
