    I hired this company to redo my driveway in Feb 2024. They came out in March and completed the job. After about a month, I noticed it did not look right, and a lot of flaking of the gravel was coming up. I called and ***** (lead guy) came out and redid the troubled area. After a month or so, the same issue happened, and he said we got a bad mix and they would have to redo the whole job. After going back and forth about coming out to redo the job and who was going to have to pay (his insurance or someone else). He kept telling me he would have to pay out of pocket, so to give him time...I said ok, but now he just keeps telling me next month, next month. I have text messages between us. He has had ample time to resolve my issue, and I would like it fixed. I am getting ready to sell me house and can't until this is resolved.

    We spoke to Mr. ******* and told him we would make good on our word. The issue here was that the material was not of good quality. It started turning ashy and seemed to not have enough oil which caused it to fail in our contract agreement, it states that we only install the material we do not make it or manufacture it but to respond to Mr. ******** we will fix his driveway

    I am rejecting this response because: the business has never said they wouldnt fix the issue. The issue is actually getting them here to fix my driveway. Its always excuse after excuse. The final date that was given should land on 29 May 2025. Im sure there will be another excuse as to why they couldnt make it out. Ive been hearing excuses since approximately September 2024.
