2 starsUnited Asphalt was contracted to re pave the parking lot of my commercial building which is a ******** business in June of 2023. Although they did a good job on the original paving, part of our agreement was after one year they were supposed to come back and re seal the parking lot. After one year I have been trying to contact them to schedule the re sealing, they have not responded to any of my emails or phone calls. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend United Asphalt due to their lack of fulfilling their obligation.Review fromGerald F

I am absolutely dissatisfied and disgusted with the way I was treated by United Asphalt. I signed a contract to have my private driveway redone with an asphalt overlay and I even agreed to pay up-front ******* money of $2000 to secure a spot on their work schedule. After unexpected delays were resolved due to weather, the City and ****** Fiber subcontractors working in the neighborhood United Asphalt has breached the signed contract and taken my money. I look forward to filing criminal charges against United Asphalt for theft and fraud!

Thank You for your review Mr. ****** I want to be crystal clear your money will get returned as promised we do not STEAL from anyone, and we would not tarnish our name for any amount of money unfortunately, this project which was signed probably about 7 to 8 months ago was scheduled for a certain date and was moved due to ****** FIBER working on your street which was out of my control. We talked about getting back together when they were done, which was about a week ago. We are now at the end of September 23,2024
although this review will stay on my profile, I just wanted to express my side of the story. Im sorry that I could not jump or put down my scheduled projects to address yours as I work on schedules. Thank you for your time and I am sorry that the workings of ******, got in our way.
