      Worst experience ever. So many hidden fees the price will almost triple the original quote Thats without purchasing any of their insurance products. **************** is rude and offensive. Some bogus Loss of Use fee is added without any explanation. Walked out and rented from someone else.

      ********************* is #1 in being the worst car rental company I've ever rented from. After waiting 30 minutes for a shuttle and a 10 minute drive to the off-airport facility, they didn't have the *** I reserved, aggressively uncharged for tolls. NEVER AGAIN!

      ************* is the worse car rental company Ive ever dealt with. The service ***resentative I dealt with was very unprofessional and disrespectful. When I asked for his name he refused to provide it, and refused to show me their rental insurance policy - in which he was declining my personal insurance, and trying to force me to purchase their insurance that was marked up to $250 - two times more than the actual cost of the rental car. The *** hung up the monitor. I stepped out and asked to speak to the manager. A Hispanic man saying he is the manager was similarly disrespectful, refusing to provide his name or policy. They refused to refund me my money, and tried to put me out the door without allowing me to address my complaint, etc.

      Nu Car did not explain in full, additional costs for counter products! I ended up with $368.00 in additional fees!

      This company doesnt deserve any stars! Avoid them at all costs! They sneak in hidden fees and charge for insurance even after you decline it due to credit card coverage. They knowingly rent out cars with defects and mechanical issues. The vehicles are filthy and poorly maintained. The manager, *******, is fully aware of these unethical practices but refuses to provide any helpful solutions. They have zero concern for your safetytheir only goal is to scam you out of your money!

      Loss of use for rental car fraud Scam coming as said. They said we needed" loss of use "for car rentals on our declaration page from State Farm. It is part of our ******************** I got my agent on the phone and to send another declaration page, stating what he needed. The agent refused it saying it was an edit. My agent said it's a legal document and will hold up in court. Now I have to fight it and will send to the insurance commissioner for *******. . It's blatant fraud

      I booked a car through ******. ****** does not provide who the rental car company is when you book the car. Once you book the car then the rental car company's name is provided. ** does not have a phone number you can call to cancel. You can only send a text message. And they still won't cancel your reservation. I booked the reservation on January 20th 2025 and tried to cancel on January 22nd. The reservation is for April of 2025 that's four months later. I have since found that this company frequently scams people. Not only upon booking, but after you've rented the car. I've been jumping through hoops trying to figure out how to cancel.Never have I ever reserved a car months in advance and not been able to cancel. I smell a rat that needs to die and that rat's name is NU.I filed the complaint through ****** as well. However, because we reserved through orbits but with a third party vendor there's nothing they can do.

      I agree if I could give negative stars I would also. Rented a car from them in *******, ** and worst experience renting a car. Location was off site in an industrial area that looked like a converted restaurant with make shift walls. When renting the car I stated that I decline all additional coverage and proceeded to ******* where I was told too which should have been the decline area. After arriving home I received a bill for coverage that I had declined. The rental of this car is now more than if I had rented from any other onsite company.Customer service was horrible, basically stated "Sorry" tough luck you need to pay.I will never rent from this company every again!If after all the negative reviews you still rent READ and DOUBLE READ everything as they lie to you about where to initial to get you the additional coverage you don't want.

      If I could give negative stars, I would. This car rental company operates like a scam. This is a tourist trap. They shuttle away from *********** to a separate location where you don't have any other option.Customers consistently being misled by low advertised prices, only to face hidden fees and aggressive upselling tactics upon arrival. Many are forced to pay for unnecessary insurance and toll passes, even when they had their own coverage. Vehicles provided are often poorly maintained, with reports of faulty brakes, flat tires, and other safety hazards. The offsite locations are difficult to reach and poorly managed, with long waits and unprofessional staff. **************** is unresponsive, unhelpful, and often dismissive. These deceptive practices and unethical treatment leave most renters furious and vowing never to use Nu Car Rentals again. Avoid at all costs!
