    December 21, 2021 I entered into a six month contract for personal credit repair and business funding with *********************** of Credit Score by Attorney, Inc. that was to be performed within the first 45 days after payment of $2,000.00. December 24, 2021 ***** promised results the first week of 2022. He apologized for not not keeping he's word for the first week of 2022 and asked for a little more time. He also introduced me to *********************************** as my point of contact to answer any of my questions and concerns. She wasn't able to answer any of my questions for the most part. Nor did she hear from ***** much either because he was ill. March 29,2022 was the last time I had spoken with ***** because he said he was in the hospital. I called **** law firm because they were named in my contract for credit services. I spoke with ********************* on 8-10-22, and he never heard of the *********************** nor his business. I was never able to get the services that I paid for because *********************** disappeared and his business website went down. I requested my money back on 4-26-22 and 8-2-22. I have yet to get a response from *********************** and *********************************** said she has not spoken with him either. *********************** has defrauded me with the impersonating that his business had and was working with a law firm on my behalf. I caught up with ***** on 7-28-22 and he told me he was not at liberty to talk with at this time. I believe at this time *********************** never had any intention of returning my money back. In futher investigation I found out *********************** states he has his **** of law from Novus ****************** So *********************** should know the laws very well about the code of ethics. I am requesting my back for non performance of contract.
