1/23/2025 From the very first you know that this company knows what to do when your house is not level. From explaining what they plan to do, how many holes will be dug, how long the project will take, calling before they arrive, service to them is number one. The staff that visits first explains everything thoroughly. The next crew to come is just as thorough, placing plastic sheets down on the lawn, keeping dirt piles contained, and rock and concrete piles separate. There was no dirt left to spread out, no trash left for the trash can, and no material left on the sidewalk or driveway. Very clean, very respectful of my property. I would have no one else than Baird Foundation Repair to work on my house. I was impressed with their work ethics and recommend them for anyone needing their house leveled and repaired. Kudo's go out to work crew of ******* (supervisor), ****, and **** (crew).****** *******

******* ******* ******** patiently, thoroughly, professionally, & expertly provided me information on the **************** of my foundation stabilization & lift. He went above & beyond to see that I was satisfied with his work on this project. I was very pleased with the work ethic he and his crew, ****** ******, **** ****, and ****** *******, consistently displayed in completing my project. From start to finish, they remained focused on their assignment, provided excellent team effort, showed a positive attitude, worked long hours (event through San Antonio's cold front) to perform their best. Job site was kept organized & clean during & at the completion of the project. These employees excellently represent Baird Foundation Repair and deserve to be rewarded. I was also impressed with Design specialist Kelby Baird's professionalism & expert ************************ of his recommendation to rectify my foundation predicament. Baird foundation was fabulous! We had our decking repaired twice before and were very unhappy with what was done. We decided to go with Baird after numerous attempts to get the other 2 companies to stand by their work. They spent time listening to us with the displeasure and repeated calls to the other 2 companies. We should have gone with Baird from the very beginning. The young man that came out to give us the quote by the name of Blaze patiently answered all our questions and gave us time to really think about it since we were very upset about the previous workmenship.Hundred persent I would give this company a 5 star review.***** ****Baird Foundation Repair

The crew, ****** and *****, did an excellent job repairing my driveway! The job was extensive due to the movement, the settlement of the lot where my home was built and the driveway was originally placed! This crew was very respectful of my property as they completed the project. Each step in the process was carefully explained as the work was done. ****** is knowledgeable and was challenged by the various unexpected problems that presented themselves as the work progressed. I was very impressed at the various ways she had to solve unexpected situations and in the final completion the drive is far above what I was expecting! I am impressed with the product, the expected length the repairs will last and with the guarantee that backs the repair work! ***** was always positive and encouraging when asked about details and it is obvious he completely understands the product and the process! This team was punctual each day, kept the area clear and clean as they worked and left the finished project carefully marked and preserved for the necessary time needed to dry! We will enthusiastically recommend Baird Foundation Repair. I am not sure I have ever seen people work as hard as the crews they sent out. We actually had two different Baird crews to address separate issues in two different areas of our house. ****, ********* and their teams did, from what we can tell, an excellent job at mitigating our foundation issues. The mess created by the digging and soil displacement was massive, but the cleanup job they did afterwards was superlative - they go the distance to satisfy the customer. I can't think of any criticism of the Baird Foundation work crews - we are impressed and grateful.Baird Foundation Repair
