      Do Not Support ******* Total *********** in any way. Due to her FFAUDULANCE I now owe over 13k to the **** Nowhere in my interview with her was the ridiculous amount of over 50K worth of medical and dental out of pocket expenses every discussed and somehow she managed to falsely input this figure into my taxes to create a higher return so she can obviously charge more for tax preparations. *****'s Total *********** refuses to take responsibility and will not respond to information in regards to this matter. it cost me an additional $500.00 to have another (honest) tax service correct my tax paper work. ***** presents herself as a faithful woman but this is a clear case of a wolf in sheep's clothing....very sad but God see all. If anyone had had to same or similar experience with *****'s Total *********** please consider filing a complaint using IRS Form - ****-************* also does not include her prepare ID on the tax paper work she gives the customers. Be very careful with this unprofessional service.
