    They agreed to provide monthly inventory updates and accurate counts for my store but failed to do so, continuing to charge storage fees on the inventory. Despite my attempts to address this, they ignored my concerns. However, continued to charge me storage fees and shipped to me with the other inventory in July 2024. Despite paying all my dues, they have wrongfully billed me since 2023. Their poor inventory management and broken agreement have damaged my profits, causing me to lose sales in my shop and the sale of my business. They are charging me $598.45 for two months of storage fees, which need to be zeroed out immediately and the remainder of my inventory needs to be shipped to me.

    Hello,

    This clients account was closed and written off as our companies loss. As the client refused to pay her storage costs associated with doing business with us.  
    The client requested the accounts be zero'd out on 7/25/2024.

    The invoices were closed out with a $0.00 balance and the clients accounts including integrations have been closed.

    I am rejecting this response because it fails to address the issue of my missing inventory. I need all missing items shipped to me immediately, or I will require reimbursement. Several items were never shipped, yet I was charged storage fees for over a year for products you claimed I had but were never received. I've attached a list of the missing items and the orders I had to refund due to inaccurate stock reports. Despite my attempts to resolve these issues over the past year, my emails were ignored, and the inventory was never updated.
