    Filing a complaint in reference to failure to respond to verbal agreement of a one year warranty substantiated by actions over the course of the past year. ************ Solar Screens to install multiple windows. One window in particular is very large compared to the other installed 103W by 54H costing approximately $160 out of the $670 spent for all window screens. Upon installation on 3/17/2023 ************************* (owners) indicated (in addition to other things) that he would reinstall fallen windows up to 1 year despite no written warranties and since installation the large window screen fell as follows:fell 5/26/2023, reinstalled on 6/5 fell 8/4/2023, reinstalled on 9/6 fell 9/15/2023, reinstalled on 9/21 fell 2/20, 2024, did not answer previous multiple calls (until called from different #) called on:o2/22 o2/24 text o2/27 o2/29 (2xs)o3/8 (2xs)o4/1 called from different # and owner called back.Offered following solutions as part of verbal warranty:pay for 50% of window and reinstall pay for 50% of window and drop off screen, no reinstall Owner declined potential solutions and did not offer any solutions other than declining to do any new solar screen and neglected to call back to discuss further.
