I put in a review along with a picture of the advertisement of the business was. The next day I went to check, I did not receive an apology instead they took off my review and changed their advertisement! I brought my ferret in lifeless on 8/1/2023 at 6:30am, they looked at her and said I am sorry we only accept cats/dogs. However, their advertisement on ****** said exotic animals. They gave me a clinic that opened at 8am. We got there and clinic said they do not take walk ins or new patients. However, when they looked over and say my ferret lifeless they immediately took her back! She died an hour later. It was precious moments lost due to improper advertising of seeing exotic animals. Also a slap in the face that they deleted my ****** review for others to see!!!! I would rate a zero if there was one!

Thank you for reaching out to us! We're sorry to hear about the loss of your pet and the frustration you endured. Providing *********************** for pets and their families is important to us, and your feedback is appreciated.

Regarding ******************************************************** advertising that they accept exotics, we were unable to find anywhere on our public platforms where exotics are listed. On our hospital's webpage, it states that we only treat dogs and cats. Our social media and ****** listings do not indicate that we treat exotics. We are uncertain where we need to make a change to our listing.

I had a test done for my dog to determine why there was a post surgery infection. Cost of the test was $325.00. I called a minimum of 6 times trying to get the doctor to call me back. No response for two months. I finally called and complained to the office manager asking for a refund. I was told that they would get back to me. No response and no refund.

Thank you for reaching out to us! Our leadership and doctor followed up with you and apologized for the delayed test results. As of Aug. 3, a refund was processed for this test.

This is a shame on them for not knowing their job. Absolutely shocked and disgusted to know that they are vets. This is awful. They do not know their job. My pet was take for bleeing in outer ear and they pulled his scab and sent him home saying it was just a scratch. *** was not taken to doctor for a scratch and we did not pay you for a scratch. Left untreated and the rashes and bleeding spreaded not all over his ear skin. I dont know what the business bureau can do but this needs attention to all the customers and pets suffering from their negligence and unprofessionalism. They should be taken out from their job if they dont know their job.

I think they are money hungry and not empathetic for what pet parents are going through all but a few employees. I was there 4 times in one week because my ********************* was seriously ill. They gave him fluids the first time took him home for he only got worse. Then he went back after being at our vet and they suggested an ultrasound to only find out my dog **** had a liver mass that was bleeding into his stomach. I took my baby home to see if the medicine they gave him would work. The sad thing was every time I went there they asked me if I been there before and I said yes this is my 3rd time and then my baby turned for the worst and could barely move and I knew I didnt want him to suffer so I had to put him to sleep and the only thing the manager cared about was signing papers to make sure they get paid and I had already been there 3 times before. We were hysterical my whole family was there and they just cared about money. I will never go there again my pup is gone and I am lost without him.

We are so very sorry for your loss. I am very sorry that your impression was that we only care about the money. The staff truly do care about their patients. We wish you and your family the best.

This team was the catalyst for our beloved ******' death. Friday in the early morning hours this nightmare began. ****** was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism just two weeks prior. On this night, he seemed to be having a hard time breathing, and we could hear a faint gurgling with each breath but he did not appear to be in distress but we didn't want it to get worse.I got a phone call stating ****** was ready to be discharged, he had a respiratory infection and they would send him home with antibiotics. When we arrive the vet (*************************) asked if we have ever noticed "bruising" on his legs or body. When we said never, she went on to say that she had to shave the fur on his front leg to get a better look and had to "part the fur to see it" on his back legs. Mind you, we haven't seen our cat yet. The vet (*************************) gave us a glossed over version of events but the discharging vet tech sold them out with a very different version. The discharging vet tech admitted that they "saw something odd and noticed the blood under his skin, so they tried again". Then "we decided to put it in his back leg but it was doing the same thing". In the end, they jabbed 3 of his legs. We took him home from here with a "respiratory infection" as diagnosed. $1632.50 in charges. When we got our beloved ****** on late Friday evening, this wasn't something that was barely perceptible. In fact, the next morning we were waiting on the doors to open at our regular vet due to the shock of what we saw. She was also shocked and immediately started him on high dose of prednisone in the hopes to hold us until Monday when we could get to a specialist.By Saturday afternoon we were at *********** Emergency Vet the gravity of the situation was revealed. He died from internal bleeding, likely caused from an auto immune response. Capital Vet and all of their jabbing of needles into ****** expedited his death. They do not have the knowledge, skills or abilities to diagnose your pet.

There aren't enough words to describe how awful our experience was at this "emergency vet". The lack of compassion, the lack of communication and the dishonesty that was portrayed by the individuals we interacted with was unfathomable. I brought my 12-year-old dog, ******, to be examined around 3:00am for repeated and prolonged seizure activity. They gave us hope, when there wasn't and then charged more than a $1000 for him to stay 12 hours, when it wasn't realistic. The staff thought everything was a joke to the point that the tech had to come back in and admit she was being insensitive. How does that happen? How do you leave a dog in complete distress, brush it off and just not care as a VET?? Who sets a dog in distress on a floor and just watches him flop around, scream, cry and whimper to "prove a point" that he needs to stay overnight?Who doesn't have exam tables in the room at a vet office? How can a group of employees be so insensitive to a dying dog to think it is funny and appropriate to crack jokes about it?How does an emergency vet have such LITTLE COMPASSION for animals, zero professionalism and practices so dishonestly just to make a profit??? How did no one communicate with each other? And when they did, it was a joke to them? We wanted to share our story so that this doesnt happen to another family and they can make large improvements to their staff, their behavior, communication between ****************** consider training sessions to learn compassion for animals & grieving families losing their loved ones. I will never step foot back into this establishment again and will continue to voice to others in as many places as I can so that this doesn't happen to someone else. No one deserves to be treated the way the staff behaved and how they handled my dog medically. Especially not my sweet ******.

I purchased a Thrive Pet Membership back in December 2022. I signed up both of my dogs meaning I would be charged $14.95 for the both of them each month. When I go to sign in to the portal to view my membership it cant be located. I have contacted support (how convenient you cant reach them by phone) and was told that my email cant be located in their system however this is the only email I use. Not only that, they have no problem billing my account AND sending a payment invoice to that very same email that they claim they cant locate. It is now July 2023 and I am still being charged for a pet membership I cant even use. I have disputed the charges with my bank and cancelled my card and Im STILL BEING CHARGED! HOW!?? I just want all of my money back for the services never being rendered. This company is obviously only worried about money. ********************* fraud department says they are investigating it and an agent even stated they have not been able to reach anyone in the company regarding the charges. This has been such a headache Im just considering closing the entire bank account. I would advise everyone to do theirselves a favor and not sign up for this fraudulent, never-ending subscription service.

I took my emotional support animal of 16 years (this bird has a lifespan or ***** years) to one of Thrive Pet Healthcare veterinarians. Because he was a board certified avian vet. He was a third opinion. I chose him because after he disparaged my current vet saying that he wasn't even a real vet but an acupuncturist and that since he, himself was a board-certified avian vet He was the most qualified to do the surgery. We did $300 worth of blood tests to make sure that she was okay to go ahead with surgery. This vet called me and said she was ok for surgery and we set it up. He called me and told me she never woke up after surgery. I was in shock, devastated and confused. I said, "what do you mean? Did you give her too much anesthesia?" He replied with "I don't think I gave her too much anesthesia". This is not the kind of answer I expected from someone who claimed to be the most qualified in his field.I asked for her medical records and what I received was a summary of visits. I asked again and again and again. The receptionist stopped responding to my emails and my phone calls were all rerouted. I called and asked to speak to the office manager I was told you'd call me back the next morning I still to this day have not received a call. I sent a certified letter asking for all of her medical records everything in her file. Months later I received incomplete medical records none of them showing how much anesthesia she was given. They did however show that she was not okay for surgery. One of her blood levels was elevated This particular one when it's elevated makes it very hard to wake up from anesthesia. If he had rechecked her blood or postponed the surgery she would still be alive today I took those records and gave them to two expert veterinarians who both said that I received substandard care. This clinic was still charging me for hospital stay and pain medication after surgery which obviously she did not ever receive. This place was very unprofessional.

No compassion. Nobody cares about your pet. A tech made fun and said my dog was sleepy because they sedate the annoying ones who bark after I picked her up from her ICU stay. I paid 4k just to be told they have no idea what is wrong. My dog lost a LOT of blood and they sent her home in the same condition she arrived in. I spent two entire days trying to work with them and get my dog feeling better. The amount of unhappy clients I heard and witnessed is INSANE! Im paying to take her to another clinic since they cant seem to figure out whats going on even with me being willing to pay any amount to save my dog. ****** the owner is in this for the money and couldnt care less what happens to your pet. Take them elsewhere and let their reviews speak for them. They are running around like crazy and yet still cant run a ***************** because ****** doesnt care to pay his employees a livable wage. If he stepped off of his throne of cash and paid employees more, theyd be fully staffed.

****: ********* **. There is no compassion at this location- your beloved animal is just another dollar sign to them. This location is a greedy monopoly who knows that they have the ********* area at their mercy for emergency pet needs- meaning there is no true care for patient or patient parent. **** of ********* is a disgrace to veterinary medicine and animal care.
