    My wife needed assistance after her Air Force retirement navigating the *** office. ***** was absolutely amazing. She was not only compassionate and understanding but she helped walk us through the process step by step. We truly could not have done this without her. We even followed up some time later with a few other questions and bar I did not hesitate to make time for us and answer everything we threw at her. She is a true asset and should be the first choice for any veteran or civilian when help is needed. Thank you ***** from the bottom of our hearts. We couldnt have done it without you!!!
