Pattern of Complaints
Since January 2016, the BBB of Houston & South Texas has received multiple disputes that exhibit the following pattern.
According to consumer disputes, it has been alleged that Words to Wear has been providing poor customer service. The consumers have alleged that they are paying upfront for orders and receiving the incorrect orders or not receiving them at all. The consumers are also alleging that they are not able to reach the company by phone or email to obtain a status or refund. The company does not respond to or resolve the disputes via the Houston BBB.
