      I wish I could give them a five. But the fact that they didn't do it within a single day as advertised is a subtraction to their credibility. Otherwise the service was excellent. There was a brief moment where we had a substandard part but only because the technician misread the label on the fan motor. Not entirely his fault as according to the technician it was the only part that was available at the warehouse.

      HVAC maintenance was so easy. Scheduling was easy. The technician was very professional; he assessed, cleaned, then made recommendations to keep the unit in working properly. Id highly recommend Berkeys.

      I am please with the electrical work performed by ***** **********, but I had coupon for $75 on electrical repair and I wasn't able to use it. Also their wasn't any Senior discount.

      ***** was a top professional and was just awesome all round. He sounded like he knew a lot and made it so easy to understand the quote and what work needs to be done. Highly recommend him.
