      Berkeys is very trustworthy. I have been a client for over 12 years. I had them replace 3 units within the last 3 years and they are standing behind their work and warranty. My tech today has been to my home several times - ************* he walks in and knows where the thermostats and units are located without a grand tour. ********************* ***********

      ******* was very polite, respectful and efficient. He checked out my HVAC system and also checked the accuracy of my thermostat, as I had wondered if it was malfunctioning. He explained that it was not malfunctioning, but that the reading was slightly off by a few degrees due mainly to the location of the thermostat right by the air intake. He had an air temperature thermometer, and showed me exactly what the difference was between what my thermostat was reading, and the actual air temperature . Thank you for another pleasant customer experience, ********************!
