I entered a service agreement with Mesa Alarm Systems and submitted their Emergency Contact Form in May 2024. On July 14, 2024, the burglar alarm was triggered while I was out of town. Mesa called me, and I instructed them to proceed with dispatch. They attempted dispatch and told me the request was denied because of an issue with my burglar alarm permit. I told them the permit had been correctly filed and asked them to attempt dispatch again. After their second attempt, they reported back that the request was again denied because multiple permits were associated with my address. I contacted the City of ************************************ permit office, and they confirmed that my permit was in good standing and that there were not multiple permits associated with my address. I requested additional information from Mesa Alarm Systems to help resolve this issue, and they are ignoring my requests. Mesa Alarm Systems is also now saying that they do not have my burglar alarm permit number on file, which was never requested from me until I raised this issue (5 months into my service contract). The key reason I am paying an alarm system company is to quickly handle an emergency issue. If they cannot do so, I request release from the service contract and will find an alternative solution for my home security needs.
