    Ordered from this company back on July 31st 2023. They charged my card on August 2nd 2023 and never shipped the product. Tried calling them multiple times, emailing them and never had any responses back. Looking at google reviews this is happening to a lot of different people.

    May 10 2022 Have order a Trolling Motor From Titan water sports. Have not received product and can not git a refund. Have a 3,859.35 Dollar charge on Credit Card, can not get any one to response by phone or email need help with this situation.

    After we ordered this they deferred the shipment three times. They told me if I wished I could cancel the order and obtain a refund. After I cancelled I have been unable to reach them thru texts or phone calls. The cost of the the door was 172.84 and they received this money in advance via credit card.

    Hi this is Jeff M****** I ordered a trolling motor from Titan Marine Watersports, there address is 18807 Hamish Rd. BLDG A Tomball Tx. 77377,phone number 281-547-8136 on May 16. They supposedly had one in stock,then they didn't, so they said it would be 3 to 4 weeks before i would get it. When the time came, they changed the date again. This went on all the way to August 2, when finally i told them i wanted my money back on my charge card, they said they couldn't because there system was down. I needed to contact my credit card company and request a refund. So i did iam still trying to get a charge back from them, should here at the end of the week October 15 2022,they needed more information. So not sure if they will refund me or not, they shouldn't have to Titan Marine Watersports took my money and now refuse to refund me. Don't know about you but that is fraud,and basically stealing, so iam asking for your help. The description of my order is**********.     On June 25 I ordered a product from this business. I never revised the product. I’ve inquired 5 times. The first contact I was told the provost is on back order. I asked that the order be canceled and asked for a refund. They said they could do that but would have to mail me a check as my refund. I’ve emailed their returns department 2 times since and no response. I’ve also called and left messages with no response. Reading online it seems like this is common for the company.

    I ordered a boat stereo from Titan Marine Water Sports. When after 4 weeks it hadn’t arrived, I requested a refund and was told they couldn’t get a refund but had to wait until the stereo arrived and ship it back to them. It arrived, I shipped it back to them the same day and have waited 6 weeks for my refund. Every time I call or email they tell me they had a computer glitch and it will be 2 or 3 more weeks before they can refund my $130.00. It has been 3 months since they billed my card and they owe me a refund of $130.00.

    Vendor did not send item and refuses to give refund. Vendor strung me along for two months, when I asked for a refund they simply said to me. "file a dispute with a bank". This is unacceptable! Vendor will not respond to refund request nor will they answer the phone.
