    I bought an item for $1249.99 on May 8, 2022 from Titan Marine Watersports. I waited several weeks and still had not received my item, received any shipping information, or any communication from the company. I contacted the company to cancel this item because at this point it had still not even shipped. I was told they would cancel my order and refund my money. I waited for my refund on my credit card. Still no refund. They keep telling me to contact the credit card company to dispute this charge and that is how I will get my money refunded. What a joke! I bought the item, was charged $1249.99 immediately, item never shipped, I called to cancel the item and get my money back on my card and they tell me to call the credit card company to dispute it to get my refund! Someone needs to seriously investigate this company's business practices.

    I purchased a Minn Kota Ulterra from Titan Marine Watersports on 06/22/2022 , they could not provide the product so I ask for a refund on my order number ********* in the amount of $2,599.99. They kept saying they were experiencing computer issues for weeks after that. The manager Maria then told me to dispute the charges with my bank and they would accept the dispute so my bank would credit my account. It is now 8/17/2022 and my bank has informed me that they have not heard back from Titan Marine Watersports. My bank will soon be taking back the credit if something is not done. This is not a credit card purchase it is out of my account. Please help put pressure on Titan to refund my bank.

    I ordered $1679.97 trolling motor, and 2 accessories to go with the motor. I canceled the order when I emailed Titan, in an attempt to find out if the items are in stock as the website suggested. The replied with invoice saying your items have shipped. Trolling motor $1,399. The other 2 items $199.99, $79.99 is what was shipped. 2 to 3 weeks for trolling motor. It's 3 months later. I disputed the charge with my credit card company. They resolved it in Titan favor. I sent them all the emails between me and this company to no avail. They won't answer the phone or my emails. I need help please

    Ordered a Ethernet port for my fishing graphs to hook up to on April 30, 2022.. the cost was $329.99 my invoice # 1353 invoice states that it will delivered 2-3 weeks ETA 06/24/22. July 5,2022 I was able to cancel order via email. July 7,2022 received email stating that they will refund 329.99 and allow 5-7 days to receive..I have tried to email them and no response. I’ve called many many times and phone just rings and asks for a verification code.. never got one!!
