    I clear rip off place. Should have read the reviews. Ordered a 2,029 dollar trolling motor. Got a email confirmation. Said ships in 4 to 7 days. What a joke. 2 weeks went by. I called the place got nothing but a recording . Called my credit card company to cancel the payment. Lol to late they done processed my payment. They sent me a email saying we can not refund your money with out you dropping your claim against us. A total scam company. Will
    notified the better business bureau. And file a claim with my lawyer. Should have done more research on this total scam company. The price of my trolling motor was to good to be true. 800 less then other companies. Got screwed.

    DO NOT buy from this **** CO. they are a scam! I ordered a $2700.00 trolling motor waited 7 months for it, nothing! Tried to cancel would not return phone calls or emails. I got lucky and my bank helped me out got my money back. I wouldn't even give them 1 star but had to, to get started with this review. I can't believe they can even have a website. Again DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

    Please, please, please do not order anything from this company. Ordered a trolling motor remote in May of 2022 that was advertised as in-stock with same-day shipping. They billed my card immediately and I still do not have the item. Brandon will not respond to repeated attempts to contact for an order update.

    This company is a total fraud. I ordered a $3,600.00 fish finder from them in August of 2022!! Still no fishfinder and they now are trying to steal my money from me. They are saying that they cant refund due to their credit card processing company and I have to try to get it from them on my own. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!! When you try to call them you have no choice but to leave a voicemail and they never call you back. The same for email. Starting the court process today and hopefully I can get my money back and shut them down. Be careful out there folks. ***** ****** ** **** ******* * ***** ***** ***** ******.

    I ordered a part for my outboard . They said would ship in 2 to 3 weeks! The took my money and 2 half months later never shipped! Finally canceled order asked for refund still waiting for it ! They never answer the phone or email you ! They are a scam low ball price don’t have it in stock! Don’t buy anything from them if your smart ??

    Ordered a part May of 2022. Took the 184.99 our of account. Just received a letter ..telling us to get a return from our bank. Sounds like a ********type of business. Of course no one to talk to??.

    Having the same issue as all the others- ordered a trolling motor and they said it would send in a few weeks so I canceled the order. Waited for a refund that never came they just sent an email saying they had changed card processors and to dispute the charge with the bank. Credit card company didn’t refund our money since it was over 60 days and can’t call or get a return email from anyone.

    We purchased a Minn Kota trolling motor back in May of last year. Never recvd it. Now 7 months later, Sales Manager Brandon ***** and CEO Chris ****** are both ignoring our requests for a refund. Other customers are posting similar stories. This company deliberately advertises and allows online purchases of products they claim to have in stock, and then strings customers along with claims of supply shortages. It’s a trap …stay clear.

    This is the absolute worst company I have ever had business with. Terrible customer service and very rude during my correspondence. They kept promising my product would be delivered and it never was and no communication. 5 months after they charged me for a product I never received, I finally cancelled. Severe waste of time. I called to inquire and the response was terribly rude. I will absolutely never use this company and urge anyone else to avoid Titan at all costs.
