    I will most definitely recommend Academy Homes in ********* ***** to any and everyone looking for a home! We have been to several other dealerships looking for a home going on 9+ ********** always got the run around or ran into dead ends but that all changed when we walked into Academy Homes of Palestine ***** in July of 2023 & was greeted by ********************* his friendly smile & funny sense of humor. We knew we were at the right place. He is very devoted to his job. He is with you every step of the way & is always right on top of your needs! When you step into this business he gives you a feeling of a much appreciated client-not just another sell!

    I wish that I had read other's reviews prior to purchasing our home from Academy Homes of Tyler. Things went smoothly until the loan was funded. Home was delivered as scheduled but that's where the "good" ends. We have now been waiting for a month since delivery of our doublewide for the interior to be completed - ceiling and floor put together, door jams, cracks in the sheetrock etc. We call and inquire and are told over and over, it will be a few more weeks. We had no choice but to move in, now tripping over the open floor seam with stuff hanging from the open ceiling crack. Ridiculous. An honest company would outline the process and time frames to potential customers so that decisions are made on whether to purchase and deal with the delays or take your money elsewhere for better service. The run around from the salesman and general manager is unacceptable. I would definitely say take your business elsewhere or BUYER BEWARE! This is not an honest business.
