  I cant thank **** with HammerTime enough for helping me with getting my roof replaced. Even after my insurance company denied my claim time and time again, he took it personally and fought for me to get my roof replaced. Always kept me informed and the status and was present for EVERY single adjuster meeting that took place at my house. Even went as far as contacting the insurance company and the adjuster company on my behalf to get my roof replaced. ***** went above and beyond what was required by both himself and his company. After finally getting approval from the insurance company, my roof was replaced the very next week and in less than one day. **** and HammerTime will forever have my business for any and all contracting needs that I might need.

  Well, Ive been working with ***** who not only has problems communicating, but also has problems listening to the client. 09/11/23 - I excepted his bid for replacement of both front and back doors (Per text). I went out and purchased the doors and lock sets myself. 9/12/23 Crew started front door demo @ approx 5:45pm. (Not complete)9/13/23 @ 8:22am I took, and sent photos to ***** via text message of the 1.5 space at the bottom of the door and the bowed frame on the hinge side of the front door. ***** came out and installed a piece of weatherstripping on a brand new door???? Why?9/14 Complete back door replaced. I sent photos of dry rot at the lower left corner of the back door frame. Which the door was just installed. I had to ask him if he was going to replace the dry rot, which was supposed to be in the bid. He stated that he would have his crew repair that on the next time out. Shouldve been done before the new door was installed.I had to seal & stain the threshold wood due to exposed wood (rain). 9/16/23 had difficulty reaching ***** he stated had family emergency out of town so I suggested at that point that we hold off the finish until I return on 27 September. My vacation from 9/19-9/27 9/27/23 I texted ***** told him I was back from vacation. He stated he would be in *****,** till Friday the 29th.10/5/23 crew was to show up at 3:30 no-show Then states theyll be out on 10/9 and stated he was waiting on the trim piece for the top of the front door exterior to be cut that his crew had miss-cut. 10/10 still waiting on ***** no word 10/11 still waiting on ***** no word 10/16 still waiting on *****. No word.10/30/23. Sent ***** a message that I was unhappy with the whole process. Unacceptable standards, and asked him how he would like to proceed. He stated that he would not charge me. This does not fix my problem. He still has not returned the trim, and I am very unhappy with their service and technicians.Left in limbo

  They did a great job on my roof and we're professional the entire time. something I liked about Hammer Time is how they educate their customers on the process with insurance. There was a mixup on my roof vents and they were unable to find the ones I had, as a compromise they added ridge vents to ensure I had enough ventilation in my attic. the owner of the company takes his business very seriously.

  "My faith in mankind has been restored"! I haven't been able to use words like professional, punctual, responsive, on a company in years! It all started with a courtesy knock at my front door for a free roof inspection. A clean cut, professionally dressed young man by the name of Frankie asked if I had any roof issues big or small. "Non that I know of" was the answer. The conversation quickly shifted to all of the other services Hammertime Contractor's offered. Frankie's thoroughness led to a walkthrough of household needs and a roof inspection. After a thorough review, it was determined that I indeed needed a roof! The process of tear off and reroofing was nearly flawless! The work was done in a timely fashion preventing a need to "move out" for a week. The team they have in place from the owner, Josh *****, on down to the installers, all professional and wanting my complete satisfaction! This is the first review I have ever written for anyone, I just thought everyone ought to know what a great team Hammertime Contractors had! **** ********* Oak Leaf,Tx
