So far so good. my salt cell is working like a champ and was incredibly easy for me to install. Took about 5-10 minutes tops. Plugged into chlorinator without issue. Service has been good, videos were helpful from purchasing website.Discount Salt Pool

The product that I received was very disappointing. unfortunately it was a product that had already been sold to a previous customer from Amazon website. there were no parts available also inside the box was the previous buyers receipt from Amazon with all their personal information on it. there was also no instruction manual or warranty information . I was disappointed to know this was a used product that had been returned. I hired a pool professional to put this in and he charged me $300 for installation as there were no parts and no instruction manual. I hope the product will work. this is very unfortunate and I am very disappointed with this website.Discount Salt Pool

The cell is not performing quite as I expected. I have to set the chlorinator very high just to get to the minimum chlorine level required. Any tips or suggestions would be appreciated.Discount Salt Pool

I am very glad you reached out for help with your salt system. We have been doing this for a long time and there are six main conditions that account for 98% of the cases like yours. (The other 2% is a worn-out cell.) You can find all the details and troubleshooting steps at www.circupool.com/help or, call our tech service people at 866-766-5243. They will walk you through it. The six conditions are:
1. Water chemistry issues such as Phosphates, Nitrates, and Cyanuric Acid.
2. Excess mineral build up on cell plates and/or improper cleaning.
3. Air in the cell.
4. Inadequate run time hours for conditions and water temperature.
5. Low salinity levels.
6. Pool water that is too cold. (Not a big problem right now.)

ABSOLUTELY the very best decision I have ever made regarding pool chlorination!!! I previouly had a chlorinator from Hayward, and I had nothing but problems with it for the past 3-4 years. After reading about Circupool, I decided to try it. So far, its been awesome, but even MORE important has been the customer service I received from Sonny at Circupool. He was helpful, kind, knowledgable, and really seemed to know what he was talking about. I am very happy with my purchase, and would HIGHLY recommend this product to others!!!!!!Discount Salt Pool
