Arrived very quickly, I decided to purchase a salt chlorine generator from a brand that offered 7 years warranty even if installed by the homeowner. I know what I'm doing, no need to
hire someone who may or may not be any better than me. Win win, now I hope it lasts and performs as advertised for a fraction of the cost of the big brands.Discount Salt Pool

Was on my second cell from circupool and started having some problems. Contacted tech support and was told some things to check and if it didn’t help, send back for testing. Was found to be defective and still under warranty. Sent me a new one for a fraction of the cost. When my system finally goes out I will only go to circupool for replacement. They are helpful, honest, reliable and always friendly. They have earned my trust and business. I would not consider going anywhere elseDiscount Salt Pool

5 starsMy Wifi-Enabled Salt Chlorine Generator arrived quickly, packaged very well, and I was able to do the installation in just an hour, maybe two including adding the salt to my pool. I'm really enjoying the WiFi connected features within the product's app, it's very neat being able to control the chlorine production up or down and the check on the system. I have a water guru which does daily testing so I can know if any changes are needed all from the comfort of my chair, pool side, or across the world when traveling. I can tell the app is new and I can see where improvements can be made but it's a good start and being a new product it should be improved over time.Review fromJeffrey J

Don't be fooled by all these positive reviews, after dealing with the company - I don't believe any of them.
I purchased a salt cell for my pool. The item came rather quickly and I installed it without any issues. That was where the positive stuff ended. The item I received is faulty and it gives incorrect readings on my salt cell reader. I have called this company several times with no response. They don't answer the phone and it stays on hold. I used the webchat feature - and the person was of no help. She did suggest that I email the company - which I did and have yet to receive a reply. All in this while, my salt cell is not working. I have checked my salt cell levels at home and via outside pool companies and it's definite the unit they sent me is faulty.
I would like a refund of my item, however it fails to be seen if I will get it.Review fromPhilip B

5 starsArrived quickly, no package damage and is working fine at the moment. Occasionally has red warning light for high salt for some reason, but it makes chlorine.
