    I brought my wifes car here to have an alignment done. A couple of weeks later the tie rod fell off. The jam nut wasnt tightened and it literally vibrated itself off. I was able to put it back together and take it in to have them make sure they didnt leave anything else loose. They then said they werent responsible and charged my wife another $100 to re-align her vehicle.

    Hello,

    We apologize for the inconvenience regarding this situation, however, the tie rod that fell off was the inner tie rod which is not altered or adjusted during an alignment at our store. The mechanics explained this information to you and even notated that on your second receipt. The mechanics noticed that the tie rods look to have recently been replaced but this work was not done at our store which is why it was not covered under our alignment warranty.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    This is the only place that has worked on my wifes car. Them saying they dont adjust inner tie rods is common deflection from this place. Ive since read in their ****** reviews where they did this exact same thing to another customer. They know theres no way for me to give empirical evidence they messed up. But the simple fact that 2 weeks after they aligned my wifes car, one of the parts used to set the alignment fell off is too much to be coincidence.
