My son is underage and was purchasing vapes online, and they used ************************* to verify age. I contacted the vape shop and the addressed the issue. I submitted a support message letting them know that my son is underage and their system is incorrectly verifying his age. I received a message back only with "Our system automatically identifies underage users when they enter their age" and that is it. I replied letting them know that their system is wrong and he is underage and needs to be marked accordingly so this doesn't happen in the future. *********************** has not responded at all, and there is no other way to contact them letting them know that they incorrectly verifying my son. The whole purpose of verifying age is to ensure that a underage teenager doesn't purchase items online that they are not supposed to be.

I don't know when the issue actually started. I assumed the would be resolved by now so I never kept a record. BlueCheck is an online Identity and Age verification system. I had an account that BlueCheck monitors become flagged by BlueCheck's spam blockers. I have been trying unsuccessfully for almost a year to contact someone in BlueCheck's customer support so that this issue can be corrected but as far as I can get is a support email address which is just as good as nothing at all. I really need to speak with someone at BlueCheck so that I can establish with them that I am ************************* and provide any other credentials they need so that they can remove me from this "flagged" list and I can reset/restart my account. I have established that the issue with my account is via BlueCheck because I complete the entire log in process up until I'm asked to present my government issued ID and a selfie, once I present these a angry red pop up appears telling me that my account has been flagged. There is never an explanation as to why my account is flagged. I open a support ticket and wait. I received a response back last week. BlueCheck told me to just use another email and start a new account. I only have one ID card and it expires in ****. Why can't BlueCheck just remove the flag? I mean I'm almost positive they understand that spam bots don't write and respond to emails. So they have to know that they are communicating with a real life human, ************************* to be specific. Thank you for your time. And for the record, if BlueCheck is telling me to use someone else's credentials to create a new account, then they are encouraging me to commit the exact illegal activity they are in place to prevent. If the BBB could just contact the offices and let them know that they received a **** character complaint from ************************* and that the BBB has never received a detailed complaint from a spam bot, so maybe my identity can be verified this way.
